A bit noisy mini bar.

I had a great holiday at the hotel. The service is at a very high level. I liked everything very much. The beach is 500 meters away, the shuttle is every 20 minutes and is excellent. I would definitely come back.

I thought that one of the receptionist was a little bit rude since he did not even look at us while checking in. And in my opinion their animation group could make more effort to entertain the guests.

It is a very very clean hotel and the food is absolutely delicious.

They should have more Vegetarian dishes in the food. Also the TV channel has only Turkish wherein the hotel has guests from all over the World.. They should expand their TV cable network

The room carpet

Everything was amazing, it is really all inclusive without charging for any extra. The beach is not front of the hotel, it is 5 min walking but there is free hotel shuttle bring you there and back. Good food, clean , great staff, mini bar refilled everyday.

The only thing I didn’t like is that the rooms have carpet which me personally don’t like because I suffer from asthma, but it was clean

A walk in shower would help if people have mobility problems

The all inclusive package is truly all inclusive, mini bars in rooms replenished, any and every drink on the bar menu is available The barman were all very nice and would put together amazing mocktails if you weren’t sure of what to order! Lovely beach and great facilities there as welll!

Drinks , cocktails could do with some work

The facilities are beyond expectations, things you would not think you need ,they have it . Any requests is considered and the staff goes a mile to fulfil your expectations. The location is also great with nice places to eat out if you wish. When it comes to food , you can't try everything there is such a choice ,even the fussy eaters will find something. I don't eat meat and was very happy with what's offered, for meat eaters it's a heaven.

The only downside is the kids club is outdoor, which in 30 plus degrees heat is too much to bear, couldn’t enjoy during most of the day, would benefit from a proper cover.

Very family friendly hotel, staff are very kind and welcoming, especially with children. Activities for children and wide range of food options/ snacks throughout day and night. Didn’t have to leave the hotel. Would highly recommend. I really enjoyed it there and would return.

Staff at the 24h bar was very annoyed when ordering. We have been 15 persons and when I ordered 4 cocktails he asked me if I'm for real?

I thought the rooms were slightly dated, there were some chips on the doors and furniture. Sometimes the lifts were busy and you would need to wait a while. Some of the entertainment was a bit lame- we thought that some of the live music (Saturdays) was very loud and we found it a bit boring. The beach front rooms are noisy with entertainment until 2am. There were some power cuts but they were short and well managed.

The bars, pool area and restaurant were amazing. There were so many options for drink and food- we definitely made the most of all inclusive. We visited the spa and had treatments which were great and the facilities were amazing. The staff were great and very helpful. We were there for my mums birthday and Leonie at guest services was so helpful and arranged a nice meal and flowers for her. The beach was good, the water is so clear and there are lots of food and drink options at the beach bar! We enjoyed most of the evening entertainment- the South African singers, the circus performers and Brazilian dancers were amazing. The Mountain View room was quiet with a lovely view.

The rooms are outdated and need an upgrade. That includes the furniture, styling and the bathroom. The room wasn't vacuumed on the 3 days we spent there. Food was plentiful but we struggled with the blandness but it's each man's taste buds to his own.

The room was big and the view spectacular. There's always food available any part of the day. The lobby bar is open 24 hours. The beds were very comfortable. Some of the staff go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one.
