Staff at the 24h bar was very annoyed when ordering. We have been 15 persons and when I ordered 4 cocktails he asked me if I'm for real?

I thought the rooms were slightly dated, there were some chips on the doors and furniture. Sometimes the lifts were busy and you would need to wait a while. Some of the entertainment was a bit lame- we thought that some of the live music (Saturdays) was very loud and we found it a bit boring. The beach front rooms are noisy with entertainment until 2am. There were some power cuts but they were short and well managed.

The bars, pool area and restaurant were amazing. There were so many options for drink and food- we definitely made the most of all inclusive. We visited the spa and had treatments which were great and the facilities were amazing. The staff were great and very helpful. We were there for my mums birthday and Leonie at guest services was so helpful and arranged a nice meal and flowers for her. The beach was good, the water is so clear and there are lots of food and drink options at the beach bar! We enjoyed most of the evening entertainment- the South African singers, the circus performers and Brazilian dancers were amazing. The Mountain View room was quiet with a lovely view.

The rooms are outdated and need an upgrade. That includes the furniture, styling and the bathroom. The room wasn't vacuumed on the 3 days we spent there. Food was plentiful but we struggled with the blandness but it's each man's taste buds to his own.

The room was big and the view spectacular. There's always food available any part of the day. The lobby bar is open 24 hours. The beds were very comfortable. Some of the staff go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one.

There is everyday music until 11h to 11h30 PM. So if you're an early sleeper, this can be an issue

Everything was simply perfect - the room, the stay, the wide variety of food and drinks, the attention to detail, the evening performances, and of course the staff. For us, these stood out the most: - the food never once got boring throughout our week-long stay - even fresh purees were available for infants - their private beach, and the fact that even there everything was all-inclusive - the spa facilities (the hamam experience was great; paid for separately)

It is not what we didn’t like, these are just some advises, how to make the hotel even better 1. Patisserie is great, last year there was a delicious coffee from barista, but now only Starbucks coffee for 5€ there (free coffee you still can order at the bar near). Strange decision. Haven’t seen anybody ordering this Starbucks paid staff 🤷‍♂️ Barista was much better and much pleasant. 2. Last year every supper had special meal, served by chief. This year everything was delicious, but without “meal of the evening”. Sad, this meal was great and very atmospheric

It was our second time here, and it was great again! The hotel, staff, rooms, service, food - all is very good and of the high quality! We had a great time! Especially I want to mention bars and barmen! Various great cocktails and staff, pleasant atmosphere and famous brand alcohol. Just to mention- hotel’s beach is in 500m from the hotel. There is a regular transfer to the beach. For us it was great to walk a little bit. But it is better to know this when booking.

Hotel is in the city center and close to everywhere. All inclusive style was perfect , fresh and quality foods, clean and comfortable rooms was nice
