Saudi ArabiaThe rooms needs upgrade as they are old, the AC was a problem, as several times was not working and it took them very long time more than 2 hours until they fixed it, after alot of calls, and the second day the same happened which made them to change my room. The AC in my family room also was not working and after several calls and complaints they changed the room of my family to another one.

Romania1-the only rooms with a balcony were in the attic 2- both installation at the jacuzzi and the fan in the bathroom were turned off because they are frequently damaged by tourists. ???3- the private beach, yes, but the beds were without mattresses. 4- the food was modest in variety and bad distribution: for breakfast fried potatoes and spinach with egg plus cereal; in the evening - fried potatoes, spinach without eggs, many salads, fruits and many sweets. 5- kind staff but they didn't know any foreign language,only 1-2 at the reception.6- so with indulgence 4 minus stars

Russia1- The breakfast was very low quality and not tasty at all. There was no cappuccino in the restaurant. There was no introduction on the food. 2- During check-in and check-out, there was no worker to carry your luggage, so I carried it myself. 3-There was no kettle in the room, the fridge was empty. I think the hotel is two stars, not five stars.

Hungary1) This is closer to a low quality 3 star hotel than a 5 star hotel. When were the glory days? 2) Very few people spoke a intermediate level of English. 3) The carpet in the rooms were full of spots! 4) painting of walls and ceiling was an interesting patchwork. 5) The hotel seems to be a like going through a maze to find what you need! 6) 5 star hotel and instant coffee ??? 7) the hotel need serious overdue renovation(s) in every department! 8) Breakfast was better in a 3 star hotel! If you have been to othe hotels in Turkey with breakfast included, be prepared for the rude awakening! 9) The management seems to be clueless about what star ratings represent!

United KingdomThe smell in the bathrooms is very bad .we changed rooms and it was the same smell. Around the hotel looks like its been closed for a while maybe during corona so it needs tidying up .the breakfast was the same lots of dishes but not enough choices for 5 start .the WiFi didn't work in all the rooms .and the stuff didn't listen much .
The beach was the main thing that we enjoyed .the hotel is bueatiful the rooms are lovely and clean .the sea view was breathtaking.

UkraineTerrible hotel,food was disgusting,restaurant overpriced.No thermometer in the whole hotel or any medical help,which is ridiculous. Staff was nice,but clueless. I have just one question: how dare this hotel charge such an amount of fees for something like this?!Every hotel must have a first aid kit with a thermometer at any time!And ideally some medical assistance, taking to account the closest hospital is 25 min drive.
Staff seemed nice and tried to be helpful, but just didn't have any resources for this. Cleaning ladies were trying their best,but I guess the nature of people who were staying at this hotel was hard to deal with.
