The door of the room was a bit difficult to shut.

The location of the hotel is very central and it is also close to the airport shuttle station. The staff, including Mr. Hassan, were very helpful. Hassan could speak Farsi which was a nice surprise.

- The lift is pretty small and it only fits max 2 people. 1 person only if you have lots of luggage. - The wifi is a bit scruffy.

The location is quite central. If you take the Havaist bus from the airport to Taksim Square, it will take around 7 minutes to walk from the bus stop. The room we stayed is also pretty comfortable for the three of us.

There was a slight smell of tobacco in the room. The lift only went to the fourth floor, so there was one flight of stairs to our room on the fifth floor (not a problem for us).

The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Orhan was especially helpful. When we told him about a fault with the shower he made it his priority to fix it as soon as possible.

I don't understand the idea of the kitchen corner. There is a stove but nothing to cook in. There is no table, no chairs. How do you suppose to eat? Lying on the bed? Totally usless kitchen corner that just uses space.

Place is close to the bus station to the both of the airports. That was the reason why we book it. There is a small elevetor. (Not every hotel has it)

While our stay at Luce Suites Taksim had its positives, such as the convenient location, there were notable drawbacks. Unfortunately, we found the lack of a microwave inconvenient, limiting our options for food preparation. Additionally, the internet service was disappointingly slow, making it difficult to stay connected. Another issue was the absence of liquid for washing plates, which was inconvenient, especially for families. These shortcomings detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Overall, our experience at Luce Suites Taksim was excellent. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to key attractions. The day staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. Moreover, the room was impeccably cleaned every day, even in our absence, adding to our comfort and satisfaction during our stay.

– The elevator is small, so it takes time to get up and down if you have a large company or a lot of things. – There were some issues where hot water didn't work well but they were fixed after our complains.

The only issue about the rooms is that the walls are paper thin. I read the reviews about that already, but had to experience it ourself. We had a very early morning flight and were “lucky” with the neighbors coming back to the room after midnight. You can hear everything as if more people are right in your room. I think hotel should at least give notice to the guests to keep it down after midnight and respect each other privacy and rest.

We stayed a night for a layover in Istanbul. It’s a convenient location in a heart of Istanbul. Also right next to the airport shuttle. The room was clean, we were able to check in earlier than expected time. The stuff is polite and helpful.

There was a minor fridge leakage and it was resolved.

The property was very neat and clean, and as soon as we walked in and saw the neatness at the front desk and lobby, we knew we would enjoy this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well stocked. Everything worked perfectly fine and the hot and cold showers ran well.
