It was all perfect. The hotel was amazing, with room clean and very comfortable. Services in the room - such as hospitality touches - are very special. The pool was always clean, with clean and fresh towels for guest at disposal every day, in every hour. Breakfast was served at table and it has been rich and good quality. Anyway, by my opinion the best has been the staff (all young guys): they are very passionate in their work and results just confirm it. They take care of the structure and of the guests in a very good way. Thank you especially to all of them.

Breakfast could be better.

As it was my birthday they got me a lovely cake. check in was done earlier which was so helpful. The room was mind blowing. They helped us with whatever was needed for the birthday photoshoot :D Owner & staff were so helpful. I would stay here again 100% Recommend all my friends & family. Thank you local cave house ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Nothing - it is faultless.

This has got to be the best hotel in Cappadoccia. Absolutely stunning rooms, in keeping with the cave style but modern and classy, and the facilities in the hotel - the pool and all the cute spaces to sit and enjoy the amazing views are just incredible. Views of 100s of hot air balloons at sunrise every morning for over an hour is spectacular as well. The included breakfast is delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice, Turkish omelette, variety of breads, cheeses, fruit and condiments - way more than we could ever eat. The staff are attentive, generous and kind. I will rave about this beautiful hotel forever - thank you Mustafa and Talha for making our stay so special.

The hotel is very beautiful with a high attention to detail. The staff is also very kind and they are always looking out to help you and assist you in any way. The breakfast is also very nice and fills you up for the many activities in the area. Mehmet is an artist and he put his soul into the details and the decoration of this hotel. Had a three night stay. Clean towels left by maid, but bed never made and kept running out of toilet roll! Had to ask for more. Bit annoying.

Bathrooms could have been deeper cleaned - grout in between shower & one of the shower heads was broken. The staff could’ve been a little friendlier but were nice enough! The room also could’ve done with a bit more airing as it smelt a bit damp after a while of staying in it. You can view the hot air balloons in the air from the hotel as there’s different levels outside & also there’s a viewing point about 10 mins from the hotel to watch the sunrise high up.

This was a fab location! It’s just up a hill from a busier main part of town - so nice and quiet & peaceful, but you can walk either down the hill to shops/ restaurants, or walk slightly more uphill for more restaurants & coffee shops. Really ideal location. The place really took us aback- such a gorgeous hotel and unlike any I’ve ever stayed in before (I’ve stayed in a lot). The outdoor pool was beautiful as it was nice warm & sunny weather. The whole area is really well looked after. The room was very nice but had a bit of a stuffy damp smell to it - I guess that’s just from being inside a cave and is probably natural! The bed in the room was one of the comfiest I’ve ever stayed on, and it’s dark & quiet so I slept really well here. The only thing I’d say is that one of the shower heads in the shower didn’t work properly & the bathroom could’ve done with a slightly deeper clean - the ceilings and in between the grout in the shower too. The staff were nice & the breakfast that’s included in the hotel was huge & delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. There’s actually a lot to do in the local area - horse riding, quad biking, hiking, and of course the hot air balloons. I’d really recommend this hotel, the outside really is stunning. Also I’d recommend family wine bar & the restaurant opposite it - only a few mins walk from the accomodation.

Everything was perfect.

This hotel is a dream. If you want to go to Goreme, please stay here. The staff is so friendly, they are adorable! Always smiling, treating us like queen and king. The pool has warm water for the cold days. The room was stunning. But the best part is the terrace where you have a perfect view of the balloons. Breakfast unbelievable!

This hotel is quite simply spectacular. A beautiful room in a stunning setting. A very short walk into town - where there is a huge choice of places to eat. We didn’t use the pool but it looked fab! There wasn’t a cot in the room as requested but we booked very last minute and made it work!

the pool is fantastic, the water is warm, so one can enjoy it even if it is not yet full summer breakfast is also fantastic, both with salty and sweet choices music playlist is wonderful, it creates a relaxing atmosphere people at the reception are always willing to help with whatever one might need, not only with us, but with everyone else in the hotel the room is superlarge, beds are comfortable, the floor in the bath was heated and the room, even if it is a cave room, it is also heated there are several places for taking photos if one might want at the sunrise with the balloons

The only negative was that the toilet flush didn't work.

Room was small but beautifully decorated and well equipped, breakfast spread was delicious and the service excellent. The pool was beautiful and we could swim as it was heated. Lovely property!
