I did not like that there was no garbage bin in the room, we had to put our waste in a plastic bag. Also in my first night, i went down to the reception to ask some questions, the receptionist was outside sitting with some friends(or other staff), when I first greeted them to ask about the receptionist, they started mumbling in turkish and laughed at me without me knowing what was happening, which made me really uncomfortable. However the receptionist eventually identified himself and went inside to the reception desk and gladly answered all my questions.

We liked the breakfast, very delicious. The cleaning lady was really really friendly, we loved her! And she did a great job cleaning the room. She even folded our cloth. We also liked the water pressure in the shower, it was like nothing we ever encountered, it was amazing. We liked the technology to access the wifi, you just enter your name and birthday one time and then you have unlimited access to wifi.

If you don't have breakfast early, no refills will be displaced so you'll miss out.

The facilities are not the newest, and the spa inside the hotel is temporarily or possibly permanently closed. Alternatively, we were offered to book at another spa place that is a 15-minute drive away.

This hotel is located next to Lara Beach and away from the city center, providing quieter access to the beach compared to the city center. We felt quite safe leaving our personal belongings on the shore as it's less touristy than Antalya's city center, with the beach seemingly full of locals. The breakfast and pool facilities are very nice; however, the water slide in the swimming pool was only turned on during the weekend.

Unfortunately Sauna is still out of order, due to staff shortages as I was told. It would have been helpful to have a kettle, flat iron in the room. But we had to use a lift to collect hot water in the dining area which is downstairs. We also had to collect a flat iron at the reception which is downstairs stairs if we needed to iron. It would be a good idea to have a toaster as some of us really like to have a piece of toasted bread for breakfast but we had huge sliced size of bread to eat which was ok but could do with an option of a toaster and customers can independently do this.

Excellent location, easy access to activities in Antalya, absolutely friendly, and very helpful staff team. My children enjoyed the pool. Daily cleaning service from house keepers and Variety of food choices at breakfast time. Please keep it up thank you.

The cleaning maid was coming every morning nocking on my door at 9am, I was still jetleg and wanna sleep in, so every time she woke me up just for me to open the door and say that I don’t need cleaning.

Only one staff spoke English. Lost clothes insite hotel never found. Staff bad service at breakfast. No staff in the pool bar.

Personally, I would prefer more options for breakfast. Nevertheless, there was enough food in the restaurant not to leave it with an empty stomach

Little comfy hotel with good beds, beautiful window view (we lived in the room with the mountanin and the ocean view). The swimming pool is tiny but nice and clean with enough seats around. The ocean is nearby (just 5 minutes on foot), and the sand beach is cozy and clean. Also there is a bus stop near the hotel so you can easily go to the city center. But the most pleasant and memorable point is the hotel stuff. The guys are polite and friendly, eager to help you with any problem. P. S. Please do not compare the hotel with all these famous 5* ultra all-inclusive. Keep in mind this is 3* hotel, and be ready for the difference.

I'd prefer better breakfast. It's good amoung the same hotels category in Turkey. I just prefer better coffee. Not 3 in one

I stayed here for the second time. The best advantage for me is a bathtub and table for work. So it's not far from a beach and at the same time you can work during the day hot and work to the Duden park in the evening.

We had to move rooms because the first room’s refrigerator was not working, the second room was okay but the door handle for the lock was about to break. The facilities can be improved.

The location is very close to the airport, about 15mins by taxi. The staff were helpful and most of them helped us with issues during our stay.
