United KingdomThe food could have been better but, for the price, was okay and none of us went hungry. Breakfast was very well catered for.
The room was very clean and spacious for three adults. Centrally located within the complex with continued supply of bottled water and tea/coffee in the room. Small balcony with only two chairs but was okay as we did not spend much time in the room. Spacious shower and comfortable beds. All hotel staff were very helpful, including waiter staff, bar staff and entertainment staff. We all had a great time.

United StatesPlatform by the water needs repairs- caught a splinter on wooden desk. Smell of stale food in the dining hall Dirty plates- fingerprints all over them but later improved . Nonexistent cleaning service(room 4232), had to complain to the front desk, appeared to clean once in our entire 9 day stay. We had to help ourselves with toilet paper and towels. Bad soap/shampoo combo on the wall, used stuff we brought with us Broken furniture, never fiхed on our request. There is two pictures attached. One of a wooden stand with one broken leg and other one shows how I had to fix it with a wire tie.
Sea- great. Clean, warm. Food- delicious and plenty, good choice. Excellent young people working in the dining area and bar- they actually made our stay pleasant and easy. and of course kitchen stuff. Entertainment was not bad.

Staff is amazing, very friendly, attentive and helpful: waiters, bartenders, entertainment group, lifesavers and security. They made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Territory and room are cleaned every day. Close to the city center. Hotel territory is very beautiful.

United Arab EmiratesThe only negative I’d say is the location of the resort as it’s a 10-15 minute drive from Bodrum marina and downtown. If you venture out of the resort on foot there’s nothing much to do unless you’re prepared to walk 45-60 minutes uphill and downhill.
We booked a family room for 4 and a double room for 2 as we were a group of 6. They couldn’t accommodate us together as we had requested and our rooms were on opposite ends of the resort but we understood that they were fully booked. The resort has a massive main pool and a beach access and the all inclusive (food and beverages) was very well arranged throughout the day. They have an excellent spa and an entertainment team that arranges events and trips for the guests at night. The resort itself spans over a large area and has nice vibes to it. Perfect for all types of travelling parties; solo, couples, mixed groups and families.

United KingdomAs I mentioned, one night we asked for Sambuca after seeing what looked to be a genuine bottle (I am Italian myself and I knew the brand) but unfortunately we were served something that tasted more like French pastis. Truth to be told I don't think we got charged it although it was supposed to be extra so at least they recovered it that way, but something worth mentioning.
We are not sure what other reviewers were comparing this hotel to but we think that for what we paid those negatives aren't warranted. We read complains about the food but to be honest considering the all inclusive package and the price we paid for our five nights stay, we couldn't really complain and the two additional a-la-carte restaurant, one seafood and one Italian were definitely worth eating at both for the food and for the beautiful sunset view. Of course, if you are expecting to eat gourmet or Michelin star you are going to be disappointed but there are a lot of options for every taste and several freshly cooked in front of you. The drinks selection was also good and the extra reasonably priced for the quality with the exception for sambuca. Also, really important, as someone else mentioned please visit the gozleme lady if you go there, she is just the best. The room was nice and comfortable with a nice balcony facing the garden, of course a top floor would have been better but, we also never felt as if our privacy was violated so we can't fault it. It was clean and the aircon worked very well too and plenty water was provided on a daily basis too. About the staff our praises have to go Dilara from customer satisfaction, Yusuf from the SPA and the twins from the dining area, all of them made our stay super pleasant and made us feel like VIP customers all the way through our stay. Last but not least we found the presence of the private sea side "beach" deck a nice addition and it was also one of the selling factors for us because we wanted a proper full inclusive experience. Would we return? It depends by the price, at the about £200/night definitely yes. Also really important, if you don't tell them they won't clean your room on a daily basis, personally I find it a good thing, more environmentally friendly but I am sure it might bother some people.

TunisiaThe night duty staff in the reception and security, the parking they are asking to put the car outside the hotel which is not normal at all, many dogs inside the hotel and when we told them it is not normal they replied that they talked to municipality and they are waiting (strange because they don't bother them selves at all when I told them that my wife has phobia of dogs....) Food is very normal, the guys who are making the omelette in the morning need to have more and more training, or it is not cooked or it is burned... The sliding is closing from 12.00 to 14.00 (strange for an all inclusive hotel) The food served in the snack area is very poor, spaghetti bolognaise without meat! In the menu it is written crispy chicken leg but when they serve it is chicken wings....
The location is good, the swimming pool is good, the beach is with Rocks....
