The rooms are a bit small, you can stay for a maximum of 3 people, anything more would be a bit challenging.

One evening, arriving just after midnight, the front door was closed and there was nobody to open the door for us. But luckily, after 15 minutes someone from the staff came to open it.

The location was perfect, and very quiet, even though it is in the middle of Beşiktaş!

The worst hotel/apartment we have ever stayed at. We recently stayed at King suite to from 7th of September to 11th of September and I would like to express my dissatisfaction with certain aspects of my experience. While I was looking forward to a pleasant, clean and comfortable stay, I encountered the following issues: 1. Upon arrival we had to wait for our room although we were there after the check in time- this wasn’t that of a big issue, we didn’t mind waiting. 2. On the 8th September Morning we had a early start as we had flight to catch to Cappadocia, when we woke up in the morning the toilet has overflown and the floor was flooded + the flush wasn’t working, as we had to catch a flight we all got ready and left. However, before we left we clearly told the issue to the receptionist and he didn’t even seem very interested and he just said “room can only be changed the next day” and It was fine with us as we were only coming back to Istanbul the next day, so we left our keys and told him our luggage is inside the room so they need to move that when they change our room. When we came back at night on the 9th the same person, pretended like we never told him and started making excuses instead of taking accountability that he simply forgot about it and he kept saying we will change your room tomorrow but it was a toilet issue and we didn’t want to stay in that room due to that reason. After 20 minutes of trying to resolve the issue, he finally offered to come and check our toilet flush as it wasn’t working either and promised that he will upgrade our room the next day. Next day came by and no upgrade. We were tired at that point, so we asked for a cleaner to clean the room but to our surprise the room wasn’t cleaned either. Despite reporting these problems to staff member's but unfortunately, the issues were not adequately addressed. As a result, our stay was far below the standards.
