This hotel was beautiful and very clean. The decor was lovely. Bed were comfy. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. City Center. Just remember Kas is very hilly.

The hotel was a bit bland/antiseptic. When I book boutique hotels, I’m hoping for some character. This had little. Our room had very little decoration. We paid extra for a sea view, which we did have but it was divided by a hotel across the street. It would have been more accurate to call it a “partial” sea view. The shower water circulated between hot and cold a bit. The front desk was unmanned and fair bit.

The location was great. Just down the street from the marina, busy square and old village. The roof top deck had a lovely view. The initial guy on the front desk helped us with parking right down the street. Great restaurant across the street in a hotel literally on the water.

No soundproof at all. We could hear everything and everyone at all hours of the night + neighbour air conditioner The toilet had some dirt on the ventilation and shower.

Great spot. It s in the middle of Kaş, and downtown is 1min by foot. A lot of parking spaces not far from the hotel Very large bedroom, compared with other hotels Air dryer busted and they replaced it right away Very good breakfast. Great choice

Amazing experience! Super friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing breakfast for a reasonable price (especially the homemade jams were exquisite), beautiful sea view from the rooftop which is the breakfast room and free to use for guests during the rest of the day. Nice partner beach bar across the street with a jetty to jump in the sea. They also hooked us up with airport transfer for a reasonable price (lower than what we could find ourselves). Thank you to the whole hotel team for the great experience!

Nothing - everything was great

This hotel is amazing!! It is in the perfect spot - it is a close walk to the centre of town & old town where all the shops and restaurants are. There is a great beach club across the road and some restaurants right outside/next to the hotel. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. One of the staff members stayed up until 2am so we could check in which we were very grateful for. They also organised a private taxi transfer from Antalya to the hotel late on a Friday night for us (thank you!!) The breakfast is great and the view from the rooftop (where breakfast is served) is stunning. The room was spacious and clean - they cleaned our rooms daily and gave us fresh towels. They washed our clothes for a small fee. I would 100% stay here again.

Very hard to park a car due to limited space. But we contacted the reception in advance and we have been assisted by hotel personnel with car parking.

Good breakfast on the top of the roof with the amazing view. Excellent location. Everyone speaks English around. Restaurants and cafes are close.

From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed by all the staff. Very calm and peaceful and clean. Highly recommended the owner was absolute gentleman ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless from check in to check out his attentiveness and warmth made us feel truly at home. He helped us to park our car. The breakfast was in the terrace with a breath taking view of the Aegean Sea . The food was delicious and home made all fresh ingredients and they do extra eggs if we want. Location is super near the center of the city. Thank you for all the crew and owners who made this trip memorable for us.

No negatives to report. If you bring a car, there is road parking directly outside but no dedicated car park. Not really a negative, as we found parking easy, but just something to be clear on - might be crowded during the peak season.

Lovely unpretentious and very clean hotel with nice simple decor, comfy beds, complimentary toiletries and manned reception. Tasty Turkish breakfast, served on a sheltered rooftop terrace with views of the sea, of Kas harbour, and of Kastellorizo. Free wifi was good also.

The floor in the hotel room was very cold, probably because of the temperature outside. Occasionally, a smell of cigarettes entered our room (from the windows/doors?), despite the hotel being declared as non-smoking. The cable of the hair dryer was broken, it didn’t work (we informed the staff upon departure).

The hotel has a very good location. The port and the touristic streets can be reached within a few minutes. The amphitheater is also close by. Still, there is not too much traffic in the street. Upon arrival, we received a very warm welcome by the hosts. The hotel staff had already reserved a parking space for us right next to the hotel entrance, which was very useful as the street is narrow and there are not many places to park. We had a family room without any view, which was not a problem for us, because the hotel is small and you can quickly reach the breakfast area / common space at the top floor with sea view. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with home made salads, etc. and always something new on offer every day. Our daughter loved to play with “Charlie”, a small and very child-friendly dog that usually sleeps in the entrance area.

The hotel was great. From our first correspondence our hosts were friendly, accommodating and helpful and provided excellent recommendations. The hotel is a quick walk to the centre of Kas. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety for a small hotel and everything was very good.
