Breakfast is average.No tea, coffee cattle in room.if they help for giving understanding metro,tram and Istanbul card is Worthy.After 10 am street is close for taxi.so you pull your laggage about 100 feet.

It's location.every important sites are on walkable distance.very good restaurants are near by.metro and tram station 5 minutes away. Instant hot water in bathroom available.

My bathroom ceiling had black mold which was not pleasing to the eye. I wish the staff could speak English a little bit, because there was a communication barrier

The room was spacious, had good lighting which is amazing and the room was recently painted. The location is great. In close proximity to main attractions. Wifi was fast

the only thing i can say is that i took a room with no windows- economy room

location: very close to Sirkeci by walking, close to caffe bar restaurants. walking 10min and arriving to other side - SultanAhmet. room: clean, comfort, good/fast wifi. staff: very friendly and helping with everything

The owner was kind and guided me public transport route before arrival. The room was on bit smaller size Breakfast was normal location excellent

I ordered a taxi to the airport through the hotel and I was told by the hotel to pay the driver no more than $20. when we arrived to the airport that taxi driver demanded $30. I had to call the security of the airport on him in order for him to let my luggage out of his car. it was a fraud by this taxi driver and I’m upset the hotel called such a person for this airport transfer

i enjoyed my stay in this hotel. the breakfast was good, the location was perfect in the heart of old town in Istanbul and also the room were cleaned daily!

Maybe the bathroom was small, and that the room got the sun all day and you had to have the air on always. But rest of all perfect.

The location of the hotel very central, the gentleman of the reception always very attentive with us, explained and gave us tips about the city to make sightseeing a little easier.

Some bathroom equipment looks quite used and tired, but it is ok for this price

Hotel personal was incredibly nice! Hotel is literally in center of tourist's Istanbul - it's no more than 10 minute walk to all main places of interest. And nearby street is very interesting itself - there are a lot of small shops and offices, selling books, postcards, art equipment, etc. The room itself was quiet and cosy

The facility is good, but a bit old, if you leave the room with closed window, it smells, there were water drops above toilet, shower was broken, but usable. Surfaces were dusty. But friendly staff, location and really good breakfast gives great value for the price. I would come back.

The location is perfect and the breakfast is good. Breakfast is on the top floor with a beautiful view. Everything is tasty. They clean the room everyday. The staff is friendly and the price is very good.

I left a few coins on the table in my room every day. And every day after the room was cleaned, the coins were gone. Someone stole them every day while cleaning the room. It wasn't a lot of money, but it's not acceptable to do this for the hotel staff. I think they should not do that.

Good locality for a good price, breakfast included. For a breakfast, there were enough food to choose.

Breakfast was bad enough. Bedsheets wasn't changed regularly so you have to ask for this. I think you need to work on your Breakfast. Also no juice or water for breakfast.

The 2 men at the reception were really helpful so thank you very much for your help. I got upgraded room.. Location is amazing,.walking distance to everywhere.

Tv channels were all Turkish wished that it had more english or other channels.

First of all the receptionist “Gokay” was very helpful and nice, the place locates besides the metro station and tram station which is perfect, the breakfast was ok, quite and clean, excellent wifi never stopped, was cozy 4 days.
