Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We always use this hotel when we have an early flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. It has parking and provides easy access to the airport. Our room was big enough, and the extra bed we requested was already set up.

Room was good and check-in/check-out process was very quick. It's right next to the airport (2 minute walk) so that is perfect for an early flight. You also have a flight status board in the hotel which is ideal.

What's good: - location (5 minutes walking distance from the terminal) - no noise (you don't hear the planes and there is no city fuss around) - comfort (the hotel is a solid European-styled one, no ancient furniture, dusty old rugs or weird odors, everything is up-to-date and in the good state) - breakfast (very good Turkish breakfast, buffet of course) - gym (nice, quite big, has everything you may need, 3 treadmills)

United KingdomThe signs to the hotel from the airport are not very clear and they take a longer walking route through the Metro station. Later on I learn that it’s best to exit the airport from the main door and walk to the hotel rather than follow the songs inside the airport.
The location of the property makes it very convenient for short stays to catch flight connections. It is located right next to Sabiha Airport, about 5 min walk. They have a bus shuttle door to door to the airport operating every half an hour. The room is very spacious and comfortable. At the lobby they have a screen for flights arrival and departure which is very convenient.

United KingdomIt was let down by the poor signage in the airport terminal. It’s actually very easy to find, exit the terminal, turn left and it’s a couple of minutes walk - I didn’t need a shuttle!
This is a very modern hotel literally couple of minutes walk from the airport terminal. I had a stopover at Istanbul in order to make my connection and thus was ideal. The staff were good and the opening hours of things like the bar, long. I didn’t have to checkout until midday - great for my flight.
