Very comfy modern airport hotel, excellent as a quick stop the night before an early flight. Cheaper than an extra night in the city and much calmer getting to airport allowing extra hour in bed.

Some customer focused services such as accommodating Travelers’ anger and frustration! Staff must be trained to handle difficult situations and make decisions on the spot.

Bath Towels were very small and thin. Couldnt find regular english breakfast tea at breakfast. But that could perhaps be due to the language barrier.

Excellent location for one night stay before flying out. Walking distance to the airport. There is a shuttle to the airport but we didnt feel the need to use it. Excellent staff at reception and housekeeping. Very helpful and kept my extra bags until my return no extra charge. Hotel room itself was probably 4 star but clean and housekeeping provided dental and shaving kit on request. Soap dispenser in shower and basin with a lovely scented soap. Bath towels very small and thin. Hairdryer in the bathroom old style with the cord attached to the holder but did the job. I think windows were sound proof cos the sound of planes could be heard but were very faint. Viaport shopping center not very far. Taxi cost between 120 to150 liras.

Right next to the hotel. Clean and quiet, apart from the police siren chasing away vehicles from the departure area I suppose. If that's something that would bother you, I suggest you ask for a room facing some other direction. Otherwise great!

Nothing in particular.

The location is excellent. You walk out of the metro exit number 2 and there is the hotel, right in front of you. If you do not have much luggage, you can walk to departure along a well marked path in 3 minutes from the hotel. They also provide a shuttle, but not needed if you are light on luggage. Standard of room and facilities, well maintained and sparkling. We spent a night between flights. We arrived late and wanted something nearby which we could walk into. Next morning, left luggage in the hotel and took the metro into the centre to spend a few hours before returning to catch our late evening flight. For our itinerary this was the perfect choice.

Great place for overnight near to the Sabiha Gökçen Airport. If you want to go to the city center it's probably not the best option, but if you need to reach the airport from the hotel in 4 minutes, there are no alternatives. In description of the hotel there is info about shuttle from/to airport, but this shuttle isn't needed, the hotel is located only 200 meters from the airport building.
