Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The amenities at the hotel are great, and the kids loved the 2 main pools and the paddling pool. The location is a little far out from the main attractions, but the facilities at the hotel make up for this (however getting a large taxi can be quite difficult).

BahrainI think the pool is a bit too chilly, and it would be great if both indoor and outdoor pools were more heated with some fun facilities for the children on the premises, it would make the stay perfect.
This is my 5th stay in the hotel and it feels like home away from home. I like the selection of breakfast at the buffet, it has a great selection including the gluten free section.

United KingdomPrices. Priced themselves out so we had breakfast and dinner elsewhere. And the massages were 130 for an hour so we found great treatments nearby for half that. Makes no sense to charge so much and stay empty. Go figure?
Located 45 mins out of down town Istanbul (depending on traffic), so not ideal for tourists sightseeing. Breakfast and facilities were far too expensive for our pockets but looked good. One glass of wine in the rooftop bar was £14 so we passed.

Everything was great. Especially the reception personnel Yusuf and Ruveyda for arranging the midnight airport pick up made us felt safe and welcomed on our first visit to Istanbul, Türkiye. They also gave Dinner reservation at Sea food restaurant including transportation. When we had problem for the room AC they upgraded us into better room with the AC temperature we wanted. Beside that they were so helpful and went above and beyond their job to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We definitely will come back there. Special thanks to Ruveyda for recommending us to sign u p for the World of Hyatt membership. Even though we have many times staying in Hyatt/Grand Hyatt hotel, nobody offered us this loyalty program. Bulgaria30€ for a breakfast per person is insanly unreasonable price. We really wanted to try the breakfast but I don't think that 60€ for a morning meal is a well calculated price. Especially when in Turkey you have so many different and delicious options for a much more reasonable price. If it was for a dinner or lunch, we would have paid even more. This ruined our experience a bit, but everything else was perfect .
Everything in the hotel was absolutely marvelous! Except for some unreasonable prices...
