I got married and want to stay one night with my bride, when we reach hotel, my wife needs to remove the staff in her hair after the marriage party so she called one of her friend to help her, the reception guy force us to pay 900 TRL to let her come to our room to help the bride. He never understand that she will stay only for 15 or 20 mins then she will leave. That emplyee was very rod and not polite.

Breakfast was too expensive, we did not use it, there are places in the city much cheaper. The view from the window was not good - there was a big road and a building construction, but the window is very strong, so there was no noise.

I like the size of the room, there were 2 large beds, very comfortable.

The other 3 receptionist behave like the guests were an inconvenience to them. They hardly smile or say hello. I have friends over to have lunch and dinner at the restaurant because the restaurant's food is really good, but even those friends mentioned that the reception staff are impolite and unwelcoming. I have stayed at the hilton garden in 3 or 4 times over the last 6 months and usually stay in one of suits room 712 about 3 times and once with my son in one of the twin bed rooms. I go to the hilton mainly for the facilities and the restaurant but definitely not for the attitude of the staff. The bell man the house keeping staff especially "Luba" are very courteous, polite and friendly. I got to know the manager of the world point hotel and their services there a far superior although their facilities fail them. I might start looking for a different hotel soon.

One of the males receptionist, the younger one, was very nice, very polite and very helpful. He was there when I arrived Sunday night 14th April, by which time the restaurant was closed but he went out of his way to place an order for me on his app and get it delivered. I also noticed that he really cares about the guests, always smiling and saying hello to guest at all times. He is a credit to your team. It's a shame I can't remember his name but during my stay 14th - 36th April 2024, he has worked several shifts and seemingly the youngest male receptionist.

Everything was better than my expectation. The location is not the best if you want to visit the downtown but you can reach easily by car. Overall I really liked the hotel, its a new facility, clean and modern rooms, a very nice breakfast.

The entrance is behind the building where it is quite dark at night. Breakfast was quite expensive.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. There is an iron and an ironing board. Breakfast was very good. Many restaurants nearby. A cat is welcoming at the front door :-)

the cofee machine at the breakfast, every day they are working on it, and they had some problem with this machine. The first 2 days of Tuyap fair we had a transfer, and later on they cancell it. If they do the marketing of the shutlle then they should have it every day.

I like the breakfast - it has enough variety of different items. the food was good.

The staff, when we checked out, we forgot a bag.. the next day when I called they had found the bag and I collected it. This is much much appreciated

the restaurant staff was poor service, we used the restaurant 3 times, first night my burger was cold even though we ate in the restaurant, the next night it was room service the burger was warmer as i complained but they still charged me for night before, they forgot our drinks while we ate in the restaurant the first night we had to ask and remind, when we placed the order for room service the final night (Saturday) the lady was abrupt and was also speaking to someone else when she answered the phone. the room temp was too hot and the controls didnt turn it down we had to call for assistance

I visit this hotel in January. In the reception and restaurant was cold. Breakfast everyday same, it looked like served the day before. Hotel is very could on the reception and restaurant.

Hotel was nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Just one lady from restaurant (waiter on dinner time and service bar on the night ) was very arogant, she wasn't nice like person. Food in the lunch and dinner great.

I haven't had any negative experience during our 3 day's stay. Everything met our expectations. The hotel is quite far from the old city, but we chose this hotel intentionally as it's close to the Tuyap fair.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful. We could change money in the lobby with reasonable exchange rate. There was a free shuttle to the Tuyap fair. The breakfast selection was ok too.

The hotel is very restrict and not flexible like offering more time in check out like more hotels are offering specially for genius 3 the rates for breakfast is too high per person is about $ 20, but nice breakfast The bed and pellow are not very comfortable

will the hotel at nice location, quite every thing was very close restaurants , cafes and shopping mall, it's very far from downtown and Europe area room service is great and their response time is very fast Safe car parking is there , with electrical car charger

Had to choose your drinks and snacks from the lobby and fill into your room mini bar The rate was pricy but i guess during fair events prices are affected
