Perfect location close to shopping, restaurants, the water front and public transport. For us the location just by the Alsancak international ferry port was crucial, because we travelled with a ferry from and to Greece. The staff was very kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and everything functioned fine.

Hotel is on the excellent location, in the heart of the Alsancak, near all stores, restaurants and seaside for nice walk. Very convenient for Alsancak visitors who prefer to go out and have an active stay. Clean, charming and everything was really comfortable and very good. Stuff are very kind, professional and helpful, the management of the hotel makes sure that guests are satisfied. The breakfast is nicely prepared with a variety of food.

HAY Hotel is a great place to start discovering an Izmir. The Aegean Sea promenade is a five-minute walk from the hotel. Welcoming and friendly hotel staff will make your stay at the hotel very comfortable. Special thanks to Şehsuvar Çağlar and Tuğrul Harmanci for their hospitality and professionalism. Also, it's very tasty braekfast in this hotel. I'm strongly recommend this hotel.

Check in: 3 May from 14:00 Check out: 5 May Economy single room with free breakfast I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say, it left a positive impression. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. They even allowed me to check in early, which was a great convenience. The hotel's foyer is sleek and modern, with comfortable seating that invites you to relax. Breakfast is served in a restaurant adjoining the hotel, and the seating area is spacious. Unfortunately, my tour bus arrived early, so I missed out on the full breakfast experience. However, I did catch a glimpse of the buffet offerings, and they looked absolutely delicious. The room itself lived up to its promises on Booking.com, with all the advertised amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. Although my stay was brief, I found the hotel's location convenient. If I'm ever in the area again, I won't hesitate to choose this hotel for my accommodation.

The hotel is really well decorated and staff is friendly. The room was given couple of hours earlier, which was really appreciated due to the early flight. The breakfast was tasty.

Book a non-smoking room if you are not a smoker.

The location of the hotel is really good, staff is kind and helpful. The room was very nice, the only thing I hadn't realised was that this hotel also has smoking rooms so when I first walked in there was a bit of a cigarette smell. It's not a big deal ( others I would ask for another room), but it's something to consider while booking. Very good breakfast, I was able to store my luggage after check out as well. As it's over a restaurant street, you can hear the noise from outside.

Noise at night

We've been to this hotel twice and actually like everything. It's really almost perfect, in terms of staff, location and cleanliness. Only the noise that can be heard from outside at night is a bit disturbing and you can hardly sleep through. However, we also experienced this in another hotel in Izmir. We were even able to check in before 4 p.m., which we are very grateful for, as we had already been awake for more than 24 hours when we arrived to even get there.

Bedding (bedsheets and duvet covers) were a bit old. On one of 4 days there was no hot water.

The location is the best. The staff is excellent. İt is very clean and stylish decorated. Wi-fi and Aircon did work very good. Bed itself was really comfortable with enough pillows and blankets.
