Well located in the heart of Izmir which made our respective pickups for Pammukale and Ephesus seamless. Hotel offers great breakfast and the staff was súper helpful in arranging an earlier breakfast for us to take away before the restaurant opened (most pick up for the longer tours are 7am) Overall would recommend.

Location was perfect. Right next to a long promenade that had plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket. We absolutely recommend exploring the side streets here at night as there were great bars on every corner with a buzzing atmosphere. The view was great overlooking the harbour from our room and you can reach it by foot in less than 5 minutes. You can also catch a ferry from the harbour and visit Karsikaya which was a great sea side town worth a visit! Room was a little small but served its purpose and more importantly it was clean with a nice big shower, modern and a very comfortable bed! There is a lift in the hotel which was super convenient for our bags and the reception staff were very friendly. One night I was sitting outside having a cigarette and the receptionist gave me a free coffee which was so sweet. Would definitely come back here if we return to Izmir and the price is affordable. Thank you!

What’s there not to like here? Everything was excellent.

Luxurious, updated rooms. The staff is wonderful. The best breakfast I’ve had in Turkey. Levent at the front desk was so helpful and spoke English.

The location could not be better with easy access to everything from parking, shopping, money exchange, etc. Ozan and Ceylin where really nice and made check in easy and helped us with everything we needed information on. The Irish pub is awesome with excellent breakfast in the morning. we will be back for sure and highly recommended it.

Our room appeared to be used by smokers. There was an ash tray in the room. If this is a problem, I would check to make sure they give you a non-smoking room.

Our room was very clean, large and well appointed. The hotel is not close to the old city, but there are lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. A bit plus is being right next to the kordon, the promenade along the harbor. Breakfast consisted of a nice assortment of breads, cheese, olives, etc. to go along with some nice warm dishes (eggs one day, french toast the next). The buffet is short on fruit, but other than that, there are plenty of choices. This is a good hotel for the price in a nice location.

The towels were changed, although they were left on the hanger, rather than on the floor. The shower drainage was clogged.

Great location at a central pedestrian street. The hotel is clean and comfortable, has a pub downstairs and a cozy place for reading, which I specifically adored. Many stores, bars and restaurants around. The sea is a 2-min walk away.

Very nice hotel located at the heart of Izmir downtown. Walking distance to Izban train, near shops, cafe & restaurants. Also walking distance to some attractions like Ataturk Muzesi, the beach. We even walk up to Kontak to Women's Museum. Highly recommended. Breakfast is served at an Irish Pub on lobby level. Friendly staff. Recommended.

Rooms are on the smaller side. Sometimes there was cigarette smell from the ventilation. Breakfast gets repetitive on long stays. One key card, although 2 people stayed in the room. It's loud all night if you keep the window open. Wi-Fi is around 5 megabits/sec.

Windows are dirty on the outside Wi-fi is slow and always have to resubmit my ID an room number to be able to stay connected Poor choice for breakfast (though good quality)
