The location is a but difficult as it's on the stairs. We were 9 of us with lot of luggage.

Location is great, walking distance to main tourism places, Blue mosque, Haga Sofia, Grand Bazar. Ahmed and Malak were very kind and helpful. Its in the old city so car parking and driving there might be a challenge.

Getting to this place was not easy, and it is at steep road, getting to the road you need to walk up few stairs, or walk on a steep road.

The apartment (the first floor once you step inside the building) was at good size. There were plenty of beds, with 3 bathrooms. The support we got from Malaak was great. Ahmed was also helpful.

2nd time stay in Hasekisultan Suite House. We did not have to think where to stay. Location is 10 minutes away from Hagia Sophia and main bazar. Plently of restaurants within 100 meters. Staff i.e. Melik who looks after flats is the most charming women you will ever find. Always readu to assist. We have already booked next year stay with them. Happy days. And yes price is very reasonable too

More as an fyi - the kitchenette is quite small (just a couple of hobs) so don't expect to be cooking large meals with it. Also worth noting it's essentially located in one of the rooms - the shared space separates one bedroom from it's associated bathroom, it wasn't an issue for us just had to be careful to knock first!

Very welcoming, friendly hosts who happily accommodated a slightly late check-out. Excellent location within 10-15 min walk of all major sights in Sultanahmet, but away from the hustle and bustle. Owners run a small shop next door and there is a larger supermarket 5 min away, along with a number of restaurants nearby (particularly recommend Istanbul Anatolian Cuisine!)

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The apartment is in a great location. Ahmed and his wife are very kind, hospitable and ready to help. We could not use some of the facilities such as the safe. and they offered us a car to bring us to the airport for a reasonable fee. But Ahmed and the chauffeur came 20 minutes late.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Melek was always at the facility to provide us whatever we need. The apartment is very spacious (we were 7 person and there were 3 bedrooms with toilette inside, located in a very strategic place and was also in a good and clean condition. I asked for the lower level apartment since I travelled with elderly. And they arranged it for us. The mini market downstair comes in handy for us to buy water during our stay. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The internet did not work at all! The router was broken and even though we told the staff that we cannot connect to it, they said that it will connect eventually, but this did not happen for three days. They have been confused that we will be 6 people, even though we specifically have mentioned that we will be 7 people when making the booking.

We had a 4 night stay in the spacious 3 bedroom apartment, which was delightfully clean and comfortable. Ahmed and Malak made sure we were well looked after. The apartment is well situated and close to all the attractions. A small mini market is right below the apartment, and a larger supermarket called Show supermarket 5 mins walk away. Since we had quite a lot of luggage Ahmed was kind enough to arrange an airport transfer with a large Mercedes Sprinter van that accommodated all of us and the luggage comfortably, so I would recommend for those you have large families and lots of luggage to contact him and ask him to arrange your airport transfer. It cost €40 and was well worth it. Quick note, for those coming with small children be extra vigilent, as the streets in this part of town are narrow and the Istanbul drivers are very rough. All in all we were very happy with the service and would recommend this property to family and friends.

Location and price. Service lady has very pleasant personality and is very helpful. The flat is comfortable for upto 10 people as few spare beds are available.

Location is as good as you can get. Few minutes walk from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Main Bazar and Tram Station. Plenty of very good restaurants within walking distance. We booked 3 bed flat on 2nd floor. Each bedroom has own bath and double bed, though air conditionaing is bit week. You also get a sitting room with samll side kitchen with necesary utencils. The service lady is extremely helpful and looked after us.

First, the apartment is new and very clean, and the place is very close to the tram and the grand bazar market, and there are many markets, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. And the most beautiful employees i have seen are Ahmed and Malak because they did not fail in any service or request at any time and Ahmed did a special service with us and you feel like you are at home.
