The parking near the hotel costs €10 per day. Also I didn’t like that the host was texting me all the time. When I will check in, when I will check out. I prefer privacy.

The owner cannot influence it but due to the good acoustics of a small street in an old city the noises (other residents talking or moving in an out) can be pretty annoying

Excellent service. Very polite and hospitable. The owner organized us a transfer to and back. The worker met us as soon as we arrived, showed the most important parts of the city on the map and explained all of the necessary things right away. The supermarket and several local shops and restaurants are within five minutes reach. Would definitely stop there once again when I am in Istanbul.

No mirror in the second bedroom. The air-conditioned was in the living room - so if the bedroom doors closed at night, it can get uncomfortably warm.

Self-catering apartment. We arrived late; welcomed by the house-keeper. He let us in and gave us a basic instruction to ease our stay. Location is very close to the centre of attraction ie Sultanahmet ~15mins walk.

Check-out was a bit stressful with everything being on time, but nothing that is bothering.

Spacious and lovely apartments, enough space for a family of 4-5. Kitchen had everything what you need for cooking.

This is a minor point, but the spaces around the beds are very narrow, and it requires a little coordination if both people are in the room at the same time.

Only 1 downside: i was in the basement apartment and within the room that has the double bed, the wifi just would not work. But worked great in the other room. I even had a Turkcell sim and it wouldnt work in the double room. That really is the only negative i can think of.

If you are looking for luxury, go elsewhere. This place is not luxurious and is dated. Which is exactly what i expected anyway based on the pictures. If you are looking for exceptional hosts that go the extra mile, a very clean and perfectly located apartment this is an excellent choice. The apartment was immaculate, could not find any dust. Hosts that speak great english and are very willing to help. Rooms were a decent/good size and toilet was perfectly adequate. Again, the value for money here is great. Stone throw away from tourist hotspots yet not in amongst it. If like me, you want somewhere to crash ready for the next day, this is your spot.

location is excellent if you want to stay in Sultanahmet. The rooftop is nice as well. the flat is small and cozy, but good value for average prices in the area. It has aircon and all the basics for home cooking. Selami is a great host and helped us with everything! Thank you :)

The price was a bit high for what it offers, and the apartment is smaller in reality. The apartment doesn't come with a parking and you need to park your car at a provate parkingwhich is owned by a family. There you need to hand the key of your car to the employee of the parking in case he will need to move the car to make space for other (the parking is very crowded), and at the end of the trip we've found deep scratches on the rear bumper of our car without any announcement to us.

Had the basement apartment and not all rooms had air conditioning. Apart from that was great.

Very clean rooms and bathroom. Good location. Communication with host was excellent. Had one or two hiccups but were solved straight away. Even one he sorted out for us late at night when we had to disturb his sleep!

Air con only in the main living area so had to have all doors open to try and get cool. Not a huge issue.

Great place right where we wanted to be- walking distance to all the main monuments Fantastic pre-travel comms from Selami who also arranged airport-apartment transfer. Comfy beds. Nice cotton sheets. Secure. Suggestions Selami made re where to go very useful.

Everything was perfect, we arrived late at about one at night cause we had 2 hours delay but the consierge was here for us and took time to give us advices and to show tips on the map..Haselami, the owner arranged for us the transfer for the airport and was nice and helpful,always ready to answer to our requests and questions. The house is cozy and have all we needed ( a plus, like shampoo, tee, coffee, sugar for breakfast) . The house is not far from main attraction of Sulthanamet and the area is safe, with nices colored restored houses and good little wibe restos. We hope to come back .

The AC is situated in the kitchen so doesn`t work as effectively throughout the apartment.

The Host is very helpful and provides lots of information about the area. They allowed an early check in for our bags as we arrived on a very early morning flight. Apartment is comfortable and well located in the Hagia Sophia area. The terrace is an added bonus for evening sundowners or just to relax.
