"The breakfast was very nice, and you can choose to sit either indoors or outdoors. If you sit outside, there are many cats that will keep you company, which is delightful. The room we stayed in offered a lovely view of the city, which was also very nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The garden is still a work in progress... So the included breakfast was indoors. But this did not prevent us from enjoying the views from the windows :)

The konak is just wonderfull, everything you need The linen is in the old style, like in a museum, so nice! . And the view is amazing. The breakfast is a generous one, eggs in 3 modes, a turkish nice experience. And the host is amazing, everything is for you to feel great. Even he helped us to clean the car. Thank you for such a wonderfull experience.

The mattress were a little hard for us but apart from this all wonderful.

Excellent location, price and views. Owner very fiendly and staff at the kitchen and breakfast very friendly and polite, excellent cooks. Great room and marvellous views on Safranbolu. The location is great. It takes only five to ten minutes to the downtown of Safranbolu. The staff is friendly and helpful. The host is so kind to everyone. The breakfast is amazingly good and impressive.

The owner Mohammad is very nice and helpful. It was easy to communicate with him. The room was clean and the Ottoman style is just a once in a lifetime experience. The breakfast was also amazing. The location is just perfect. Three minutes walk to the busy bazzar, but the hotel itself it's at a quiet area.

The older room without mosquito net.

The location (walking distance to the old town), view, breakfast and the host friendliness are superb. I stayed for 3 nights, the room for the first 2 nights are older, the room for 3rd night is definitely the better one, newer, cleaner, bigger window with mosquito net that prevent inserts and with a shared balcony. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas for breakfast with good view as well. There is a little yard outside the breakfast block facing the mountain which is breathtaking. The host also helped to arrange a day trip to Amasra and offer to send me to the bus station. Besides, free flow of tea and drinking water are provided too.

Everything :D Staff: The owner is so, so friendly. He gave us recommendations on where to eat (Hidden Paradise) and even helped to wash our car before we left as he noticed it was dirty. The owner's wife even prepared delicious desserts that we could take for free, along with free water and tea, at the lounge area. Room: Room was clean with free toiletries provided. Only downsides were that they did not have a wardrobe or hangers, and the room was slightly small. But our room had a queen bed and a single bed so we put our luggage on the single bed. Views: Our room did not have its own balcony but there was a shared balcony just next to it overlooking the city. The sight was amazing and we loved that we could hear nature sounds, the azan and a bit of the live music playing at night. We loved sitting at the balcony and just enjoying the view. Location: Very near the main city centre! We walked everywhere we wanted to go (museum, the markets, Hidden Paradise). Food: Breakfast was great! Typical Turkish breakfast of bread and spreads. They will prepare some cooked veggies, eggs, fries and cheese sticks too.

Parking is a bit challenging, streets are narrow.

The boss of the Gunes is very kind, for example guiding us the restaurant etc. The variety of breakfast was praised. The view of room and balcony was very beautiful, and staffs were also kind, for example giving us warm water. The position is close to the center of safeanbolu (about 200~300meters).

Everything was perfect!

Very, very friendly and helpful host and staff. They even upgraded us to better rooms than the ones originally booked. The view from the balcony towards Safranbolu is amazing. Tasty breakfast prepared by order in front of you! Complimentary tea, cake, and Turkish snacks.
