The swimming pool was very cold and filthy. Told and show it to the receptionist, she was very rude, and said they are a separate company from the hotel and if we would like to leave, it’s up to us.

Had a great experience with receptionist Ilklima. She was very helpful and friendly. She is an excellent face of the hotel.

Showers in some of the room are incredibly small. If you are a plus size individual or tall it can be a hassle to get into it. Also the rooms had a weird smoke smell, which is managable and does air out and fine for a short say.

It is equidistant to each airport. The staff is friendly and accomodating with early check in. Thank you Mohammad for all your help! Room is perfect for a short few night stay or to wait from the next flight.

However, they must have some generator next to that room, because there was a constant rumbling sound and vibrations. It felt like being a sailor on a ship. I didn't mind it but some people might be put off. Another issue was the bathroom door, which didn't shut because of some obviously botched job they had performed on it. I didn't inform them about it as I was staying just one night.

I arrived four hours before the check-in time but they were flexible and found a room for me. It was nice, very spacious and faced the back street, so there wasn't any traffic noise. The location was perfect for me, close to the Otogar station and public transport.

The rooms were in need of a little maintenance and touching up. A little old and worn in places. Only one pillow was provided per person. I’m sure they would have given another if we had asked but there should have been two each to begin with.

Good staff and reception area was nice. Breakfast was amazing both the venue and the food, we were not expecting it to be that good. Spacious rooms, quick check in and check out.

A bit noisy since it was on big Street and I was facing the Street. Not perfectly clean but not dirty. Decent place.

For me location was good, I needed locations that are close. Staff was amazing, both in restaurant and hotel. Room was OK.

tv was my age, no smart functions, no channels either, only three turkish i think, the bathroom door for the shower was broken, but i managed to fix it myself.

Great hotel, especially for a short trip. Mouhamed, at the reception, was very nice, greeted me warmly, checked me in and told me everything I needed to know for a comfortable stay. Warm and cozy hotel with good breakfast

Despite the room service brochure in the room, there was no room service available and to get any food you would have to go outside to the nearest restaurant by yourself. The restaurants that are located in the hotel were not operating at 3 pm for some reason.

This hotel is so close to the bus station (10 min walk) and aslo it's easy to get to the centre. I had nice room with everying what needed, I like staying here

the room is a bit dirty and there is a lot of black mold, noisy as the windows face the highway

The staff was very friendly! We were able to leave our baggages after the check out and visit the whole day without carrying them around. The hotel is very close to the Esenler Otogarı (one of the main bus stations in Istanbul).

The hotel's location is quite covenient, near the main bus station, not far from metro, so you can easily go anywhere. It is good for 1 night stop during your traveling
