Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Enderun Hotel in Istanbul. This authentic hotel truly captures the essence of the city. The rooms are impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in the heart of the old town, it offers convenient access to many historical sites and attractions. The staff at Enderun Hotel are friendly and incredibly helpful, with special mention to Güray, who made our experience even more enjoyable. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home, and we looked forward to returning to the hotel after our daily explorations.

SingaporeThe toilet had a smell but we didnt really mind it, though it could be off putting for others. There were also some construction noises at night which could be noisy hut we were okay with that as well.
The staff was very attentive, and they upgraded our room to a triple which made our stay extra comfortable. The lift is very antique and cute! Breakfast selection was small but the food was great.

Romaniabreakfast, disappointing. fresh bread was missing in 2 of the 3 days. Just 2 options of ham/salami. probably would have been at least a little satisfied if I drank a good coffee, but even the coffee machine was somewhat substandard.
Perfect location exactly near all tourist attractions and the staff are 10/10! impeccable cleanliness every day.

The hotel, whilst basic, was immaculately clean and well-presented. The staff were warm and friendly and always happy to assist with all requests, often going well beyond the normal expectations one might have.

LatviaHospitality and kindness of the hotel staff is definitely a big plus. It was a pleasure to meet them every day. :) The hotel's location is very close to the tram stop (Beyazit stop) and the best sights. At the same time, the hotel is away from the city's noise (you can sleep peacefully at night). The neighbourhood is safe, so you can go for a walk late at night. There is a supermarket nearby (Show supermarket). Considering that this was my first visit to Istanbul and I wanted to explore the city, so I'm glad I didn't choose Taksim this time because it's crowded with tourists/restaurants. Everything depends on the purpose of your visit. :) I recommend this hotel!

The staff (especially Osman & Iskander) were very helpful in every respect. As we were only here 4 nights & 3 days, they helped find good places to eat and to good the various excursions we wanted to go on. The property is within 15min walk from major attractions such as the Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, The Topkapi Palace and the Basilica Cistern, The Grand Bazar. It’s also close to a tram stop.
