Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

They are interested in all the details. As for the location of the hotel, it is close to a taxi station, the bus station, and the center of the country where there are restaurants and cafes. United KingdomWiFi was intermittent and was slow in my room which was on top floor. I had a data sim so it didn’t bother me much. TV could be upgraded to have a variety of channels, no English channels currently. A smart TV could be a good idea.
Location is good, location is good. Beach is 5-7 mins walk. Supermarket is around the corner. Breakfast was good, different choices from everyday and staff can make you cooked eggs if requested. Pool is nice and clean, kids loved it.

The friendly staff (Ozan) and lady owner who went above and beyond to accommodate for our needs during the stay. Our kids loved the swimming pool which was very convenient and the apartment was well comfortable. The daily cleaning service was well convenient and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Overall, the experience was very good

RussiaThis is a modern hotel with unusual rooms, like in a villa. We got a two-level room. Nearby are Migros, Sok shops, a mosque, and a bus stop. The staff is responsive, cleaning every day, incredibly delicious breakfast. Nearby is the free Conserve beach on the platform, paid beaches are further away.

United StatesI really enjoyed my stay. The suite was super spacious and had its own cooking and laundry area. The hotel was really clean and my room was very clean. The area was walking distance to the beach, shopping and food. I traveled alone and felt really comfortable and safe here. The staff was also really kind and helpful. United KingdomNothing to dislike. Only issue was the daily call to prayer. There is a speaker very close by and it would wake us up at 5.30am every morning. Thankfully we would always go back to sleep and on a couple of occasions my husband didn’t even hear it. However, it is something to note.
Location was good. Close to shops and restaurants. Taxi rank just round the corner and bus stop also close by. About 20 mins from airport by car. Suite was exactly as described. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Typical Turkish cuisine. All fresh and omelettes made on request. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room cleaned daily.
