I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to one with a balcony and a stunning view of the bay. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and responsive—they even helped with the evacuation of my car, which was a huge relief. The hotel offers convenient parking, and the breakfast was fantastic, with delicious options and freshly brewed filter coffee. The outdoor terrace at the restaurant was a perfect spot to relax, and I loved that the tea was always freshly made. The spa was outstanding, providing a serene and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the internet connection was excellent, making it easy to stay connected during my stay. Breakfast was ok, full of choice The a la carte menu..so and so, but hey, I am Italian, I am picky!

The staff was lovely since the beginning, especially Mohammed, who assisted me at the beginning when I arrived too early till during the stay. The waitresses and the guys at the reception were lovely, Yusuf but especially Vedat and Selman - adorable! Will be back :)

All was perfect

Really liked my stay in this hotel . One of the most hospitable hotel in Istanbul ! All was perfect ! Very polite staff at breakfast especially Miray🙂🙂🙂. The reception staff was also perfect and they replied to all requests . Mr Vedat Konuk is the most polite person at reception and he made my stay perfect . The room was nice and comfortable. Thanks to everyone and hope to see you again! ❤️

I suggest to add more selection in the breakfast and increase the tables capacity, adding Arabic selection will be a nice idea since most of the guests are from Arab origins,

The location is perfect, the view is wonderful, the staff are very friendly and the facilities is within the value of money. I liked very much the car park facility its made my travel much comfortable, every was very good.

Location is typically a 3 kind of 2 or 3 star graded

Rooms were clean, beds were also comfy with all the amenities available in room. Buffet breakfast was excellent which is a mix of local and continental options. It has a basement covered parking available at the hotel. Location is not good at all plus no options for restaurants or groceries. Staff were nice and friendly.

Nothing - only thing is that you need taxis to move around as the hotel is not in Taksim, however this wasn’t problem for us
