Good value for money. We were looking for a short stay to relax and recover while exploring the country. But the comfort and cleanliness exceeded expectations. The staff, despite the language barrier, was very willing and helpful. Especially the very patient valet.

Location is almost 25-min ride to the downtown kizilay. As a first time tourist in Turkey, I would say not the best location especially if you prefer walking around the area to look for a place to dine. Not much restaurants and shops to stop by or choose from. There is a mall though which is walking distance from the hotel

It is good for the price I paid for a night through booking.com. We received a warm welcome from the staff in the reception and the gentleman (unfortunately i was not able to get the name) who assisted us to the room. Breakfast is great for a Turkish breakfast I guess. Their options are not our preference for a breakfast as Filipinos (we were looking for rice) but we got ourselves full and energized for the day. They had cereal, salad, fruits, bread, coffee and the turkish breakfast staple. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay.

They should work more on breakfast variety

Its 3-star hotel but you feel and experience as 4-star hotel :) very friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy room with new and modern design, good breakfast, great location with easy access to most of the places in the city ,calm and cozy area , near to shopping mall(5-7min walk) and restaurants. we stayed for 14days and we had feeling like home ,if i visit Ankara once again i will choose this place for sure!

Breakfast could have more variety. The same Whitney Houston song is on repeat every morning in breakfast.

Not enough warm/hot options for breakfast. For 1-2 days it's fine but for longer stays the breakfast is limited.

Impeccable cleanliness, super quiet street and properly soundproof rooms and doors (rare for Turkey), reliable WiFi , hospitable and helpful staff. Rooms and bathroom size as of 5 star hotels. Highly recommended.

Internet disconnection (around once a day for 10-20 mins). We had some difficulty with communicating in English. Knowing some Turkish helped us to communicate better.

The staff were helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. Very quiet environment. The parking facility was good. The quality of service was good for a 3-star hotel.

Heating on full blast even though air con switched to cool air. Windows could be open to bring temperatures down and sleep comfortably. Bathroom and shower rather dark with poor lighting.

Modern and small property located in a quiet residential area. Excellent breakfast with eggs, toast, cereals, honey, preserves, cheeses, salad, cold cuts, and yoghurts. Restaurant manager excellent and extremely customer service focused. He speaks good English and will go out of his way to make you happy. The hotel is 3 mins walk to main road where there is Anka money changer, banks, small Migros supermarket and very good coffee shops and restaurants. Expensive but beautiful shopping centre with panoramic views within 5 mins walk. Taxis and Uber readily available. Highly recommend this hotel as good value for money and very comfortable.
