A bit dusty, towels need a good ‘whitening’ wash. A bit noisy with front door proximity to lifts for our room. TV didn’t work

Location: in between the tourist old city hot spots of Sultanahamet and shopping spots around Camberlitis station. Eating spots all around. Old Istanbul feels with small traffic/walking lanes/roadways. Room was renovated albeit a long time ago. Sea of Marmara views from windows. Rooftop breakfast is great with food and views. Tours and transportation arrangements made easy with help of front desk.

The pillows were small and not comfortable; The smell of sewage in the bathroom; The warm food for breakfast was not really warm

The view from the room and from the terrace are just fantastic! It was my highlight during the whole trip: to enjoy the breakfast and magnificent sunsets on the roof top terrace. It is definitely worth to book this hotel just because of this view. The location is perfect, near all the places of interest.

The hotel's location is excellent and very near to famous tourist attractions and tram stations. The owner and saff of the hotel were very helpful and forthcoming managing 24/7 front desk; they also provided luggage storage facility. Rooms are compact but comfortable, with extra bedding already available in the room. Will definitely stay again when visiting Istanbul and recommend it to friends.

Breakfast was good. But they need to install more umbrellas in the teras area to provide shade for all the tables since most of them are not shaded.

The staff are very very helpful. The hotel location is excellent. It is very close to the Sultan Ahmet mosque and also to the tram.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The front desk manager upgraded me free of charge to a room with a terrace and an amazing view. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel was a superb value for the money. In fact, I changed to another hotel later in my stay to try to get an even better experience, but it turned out that Hotel Dafne was a better hotel even though it was 30% less expensive.

the triple room is actually with sofa for the 3rd person, may be it is mentioned but i didn’t see it. the comunication before with went was slow and not clear. I was asking for parking in booking they have 5€, before we went they said 7€ and on spot we paid 10€.

I liked the loction, just next to Blue church and all the sightseeings in the old tawn. the room was clean and the beds were confortable. the staff were very polite and friendly. they changed our tawels every day and cleaned the room. there are couple parking lots in front of the hotel (they are paid additionaally). there is briekfast included.

the location is perfect, walking distance to all attractions. the staffs (especially Ali) are all so friendly and nice. we like the breakfast (omg the burek and the choc pudding is to die for). i will be back!

Nothing - we got what we paid for and knew what to expect.

Amazing location, just a couple minutes walk from the main Sultanahmet square. Lots of little shops and restaurants closeby, but still tucked away so you get a quite night's rest. A little mini-markt opposite to get some groceries/snacks if needed. Staff is very friendly, Ali stayed up to check us in at 4am. Breakfast is basic, but does the job (we only stayed for 2 days). Room was very clean spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room rate is fair for what you get, not a fancy hotel, but great for exploring the city at a budget. We would stay again :)

Great location, great service, nice atmosphere. The staff is very friendly (especially with the kids) and you can visit all important landmarks which are very close to the hotel. Overall it was perfect for our needs.

Short long story! We travelled with our daughter who interacted with one of the staff members, it's name is Mr. HARUN SANCHER. This message is addressed to the Hotel Management, in order to make sure that these kind of issues to be avoided. It is absolutely normal that people smile, interact and discuss whatever is considered normal. After we got home, my daughter received some messages in online from the specified person, and was "invited" to run from home with the staff member brother (age 26)in Germany or Switzerland. I had the curiosity to dig the Instagram to find more details, and I've seen that he had more pages dedicated to different minor girls from different countries. The main point is that it looked like a recollection of a minor. Of course I have all the printscreens with a lot of details in case it is needed. This message is just a red flag for those in charge with the hotel, since the minor trafficking is a serious issue for everyone. Otherwise, all the other staff members were very helpful, disposed to help and very friendly. I hope that till will visit Istanbul again, to get a notification regarding what I have wrote.

There was an incident when the house keeper mistakingly attempted to let another guest into a room my sisters were in. Luckily they had a chair up against the door which prevented the incorrect entry. The hotel staff were told of this and they immediately checked the security footage and discovered what the problem was. The hotel staff were apologetic and advised the house keeper would be spoken with and it was a genuine mistake. My issue was taken seriously and a swift resolution was achieved with no harm on either side.

The staff were really friendly and helped with us with all our requests. When we arrived the room I was given was not quote to my wife's liking. Although there was nothing wrong with the room, she wanted a better view. The staff, without hesitation arranged this for us. They were very helpful in advising us of the local attractions and the history of Istanbul. Always smiling and always looking to offer advice to make our trip pleasant.
