Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitThere was no mirror in the bedroom, so I had to bounce between bathroom mirror (whish was very hot and of course affected my make-up) and the bedside mirrors. Also, the AC is always programmed to switch to Auto mode after a while, which was so annoying, especially when you're sleeping. In addition to the corridors and the alivators were all without AC, so yes, it was very hot and humid and will certainly ruin any makeup, hair, and final look you did. Needed more shops in the hotel.
Bosphorus view was breathtaking. The Whatsapp service was very helpful and onspot. The laundry was on time and it covered all kinds of clothes. The room service menu was so yummy, but it needs to add more items, I believe.

The Conrad Istanbull is one of the best hotels in the world and is comparable to the Ritz in Paris. The roof bar and restaurant offers stunning views of this beautiful city. The pool is as lovely as the pool at Hotel Belair in Los Angeles. It is such a popular destination with the locals parking is a problem.

Canadawe had a family room and the sofa bed was very poor quality. It wasn't until our last night of stay that the hotel was able to find a suitable solution.
The location was perfect for access to most of the various sites and shopping. The access to the ferryboat was great and there was a playground across the street from the hotel. Having a pool was key for 2 10 year old kids.

JapanThe price for the tennis court. I was quoted USD150 for three people to play for an hour for a tennis court which wasn’t even at the great state. So we weren’t bothered to play even though it was the main reason to choose this hotel. Outdated room. The hair dryer.
The gym and breakfast were excellent! The staffs in the executive lounge were nice. !!! We really appreciated your care and kindness when our kid was poorly.
