The outside door to little balcony didn't lock...Age of wooden windows and door ... On B&B no menu or showing you could get a snack by paying ... Only late by asking did we get a toastie done... Hotel missing a bit of income there....

Great pool area clean along with the rooms ....Staff have little English but are helpful and happy... Breakfast for turkey is a bigger than average choice... With hot plate omelette or pancakes...short walk uphill to the strip...or bus

We went all inclusive and there wasn’t much choice of food and the salad was always covered in flies so we never really stayed for meals which was a shame.

The hotel is stunning and in the perfect location, would definitely be back to hotel but wouldn’t do all Inclusive again.

Although being located on the main road meant transport was convenient, it was a bit noisy at times near the entrance due to traffic, and I'm not sure it was the cleanest air at that area of the premises due to the traffic, but during the evening it's fine. The WC in my room needs an engineer to fix it properly as it appeared that the plumbing was blocked. But these things happen and I've no doubt the hotel will attend to this.

Fantastic staff throughout the whole hotel. It was immaculately cleaned and there were always staff maintaining the grounds and cleaning the interior and bar/restaurant facilities. It was never too busy yet had a great atmosphere. It just felt like a well-oiled machine. There are shops and restaurants nearby and bus stops directly outside the hotel. The buffet/restaurant was great for an evening meal, and a good place to meet and chat with the other guests. I will definitely be returning to this hotel!

week wifi signal in the rooms or no wifi in the rooms at all. The hotel and the location are very nice but the rooms should be renovated, it would help a lot. The rooms are very loud we could hear everything from the neighbors.

we liked the location, and the pool, the staff was kind and nice. The meals were fresh and great, a lot of vegetables, Meals were on the terrace the pool. There was plenty of choice, we liked the food very much. Although the staff didn’t speak much English they were pleasant and helpful. It was really cheap and a fantastic place to stay especially if you are on a budget.

When we checked in the hotel we reached the dinner area just 5mins after 9pm (dinner from 7 to 9 is free) one young boy staff was happy to give us dinner as dinner was already prepared , we explained to him we got delayed and were staying only one night . Then later an elderly lady staff at the kitchen poisoned his brains and we heard him telling him to ask us for COMISSION TO HAVE DINNER AT HOTEL… she stopped him from serving us dinner , and we had only stayed there one night . Now it was very rude of that lady to tell that young boy staff to ask us for ‘Commission’ just to have dinner . We told them we heard their politics and that lady denied us dinner when that boy promised to serve us dinner . Why are staff wanting ‘Commission’? We had a hungry baby too , we could have given them tips after dinner than give them commission before having dinner . We were very disappointed on the elderly lady staff who controlled the other staff at the kitchen to ask for COMMISSION

I would not recommend a solo traveller for this hotel as much as it's a beautiful hotel it is in my opinion a family hotel or groups and couldn't ask for a better hotel. In general a few days as a solo traveller for a base is enough however I would not hesitate to take my family to the pink palace as I feel would be a perfect hotel for me and my family.

Very peaceful hotel, beautiful pool area, spacious restraunt, most lovely flavoured meals and adequate choice. I enjoyed every meal I had cooked beautiful, reception staff were amazing always at hand to help. Lobby was a great location to meet people and share experiences of turkey. Generally a very nice hotel and was more than pleased with value for money

Pool use finished a bit early....18.00 All inclusive option was quite limited, ie, bottled water and ice cream were extra, some drinks were extra also, but reasonably priced. Rooms were a little tired and the A/C was quite weak. Very firm beds.

Good location above Oludeniz, so it's a bit cooler. 50 meters to road for dolmus, 5 minutes walk to Hisaronu. Good size pool with plenty of sunbeds. Buffet breakfast and dinner were good, mainly local cuisine, plentiful and varied. Reasonable value for the cost.

Reception was not friendly.. Not smiling. He asked me to pay different price, which i booked on site, it was much bigger, i just show my booking and paid the right price.. It was sad..

A little moldy smell in the toilet.

Very nice hotel, breakfast included in the price. The room was clean and the location is not bad - there is a bus stop outside the hotel and you can reach the nearest beach in 5 minutes.

Nobody really on hand to tell you how dinner works if you didn’t include in reservation price. Stood around waiting for a while. Had to approach staff rather than someone coming to seat me.

Nice pool. Breakfast was excellent. Room close to the pool. Dinner was reasonable price and very nice.
