Everything about this hotel is excellent, the grounds and rooms are exceptionally well kept. The location is fantastic across from the beach with their own beach chairs area. The staff were very kind and helpful and our stay couldn't have been better.

It would be nice if the shower and sink in the bathroom are cleaned every day. But it is really very difficult to find something bad.

Amazing hotel in amazing location. Calm and relaxing atmosphere, very nice garden with fontains around bungalos. Room is very comfortable and clean with a large bed and good size wardrobe. I was surprised that every day the room was cleaned while we were having breakfast. Towels changed every day. Beach was a 5 min walk from our bungalo. Beach has umbrelas, sunbeds and towels. Nice swimming pool. Very good breakfast - salads, vegetables, cheese, ham, nuts, breads, olives, honey, jams, variety of omletes, fruits, tea/coffee. It is also possible to order lunch and dinner, but we usually went about 15 mins to the main street with restaurants. There is also small parking for guests coming by car.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The gardens at the hotel were immaculate and the children loved the pool. Great location next to the beach and not too far to walk into the centre of Cirali for dinner. A fantastic hotel!

Too much plastic waste! Would prefer to see water filters or at least water refill stations. Rooms are adequate but modestly sized for a family of four.

Great pool, and really excellent, low key, unassuming but prompt and efficient service. The green spaces are immaculately kept in a sweltering, sandy environment. A rare place that we would return to.

The breakfast had a variety of options and dinner portion sizes were big. The proximity to the beach was amazing and there was lounge chairs available. The grounds around the hotel were kept really well.

If you stay here for too long and are someone who likes to constantly try new things, then you might find the breakfast a bit monotonous. The lunch/dinners also aren't amazing if you are a foodie. That doesn't mean the food is bad. It's good. It's just not ground-breaking. Also, surprisingly the lunch/dinner menu is a lot of American food even though there aren't a ton of Americans that stay there.

This is a great hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were very clean. It was also a quiet place - which was what we were looking for. The breakfast is tasty, and the restaurant lunch/dinner meals were decent. However, there are a ton of other restaurants around as well. Plus, if you are just looking for an easy meal, then the on-site restaurant is good enough. They have a nice pool and easy access to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hera hotel in Cirali. It's located just ~100m from the beach and surrounded by beautiful gardens, which has a lot of statues, mini ponds with koi fish and frogs etc. There is also a very nice pool to swim and relax. They serve tasty Turkish breakfast. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Would definitely go back if we ever come to Cirali again, it was sad to leave this place.

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. It strikes the perfect balance between the laid back atmosphere you expect from Cirali whilst offering first class services and facilities. A truly beautiful hotel with great staff who are attentive and great with kids. Beautiful beach. Book it!

It would have been helpful if the staff spoke or understood some English. The owner spoke good English, so that was very helpful.

Great location, our cabin was exceptionally comfortable and spacious, the amenities are really great. The surfaces around the pool were very well kept and even, which made it easier for my mother to walk. The gardeners deserve a lot of compliments for their hard work.

Our experience at Cirali Hera Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. I was at Cirali Hera for a wedding with different friends staying at various other hotels in Cirali.. so i got a chance to go and check out their hotels too and Cirali Hera clearly beat everyone out of the park. The facilities were amazing, the rooms were super quite, clean and surrounded by orchards of all sorts. With just 3 mins walk to the an amazing beach and 10 mins walk to all the hiking trails… i loved the whole experience.. already planning my Parents/in-laws vacation here next year

Unfortunately we were given a room that was *right* next to the roosters next door. It meant that we slept very badly for the first three nights. Luckily they changed our room for us. Next time we would request a room on the same side as the spa/reception or at the very back of the property (the opposite end to the pool) because the roosters are SO noisy!

The breakfast was lovely and varied each morning, and it's really nice eating by the pool. The gardens were the highlight of the hotel, really beautiful to walk through. Staff are super kind, responsive and attentive and sorted taxis and printing for us and other things too. The spa is great too. Rooms are immaculately clean and beds are huge! Really close to the beach (which is still like a bath in November).

I believe the dining area could be made a bit more classy to match the rest of the hotel. However, the food was great and overall, this is just a comment or suggestion for change. It was still decent and functional.

The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the food is excellent. The service was good and you could tell that the owner has put a lot of care into the quality of his product. He is a gardener and working the grounds himself, greeting his clients and taking real pride in his work. We felt welcome and great value for money.

The best hotel in a quiet village (no high buildings in the village with a feeling of peace and silence). Hotel houses with huge room and balcony/veranda for staying relaxed in the evening), taking shower is an additional pleasure, great breakfast. Lot of nice restaurants in walking distance.

Breakfast offered a good selection of foods served by the poolside. The bungalows are spacious with lovely views of the immaculately maintained gardens and the surrounding mountains. Dormus and his team create a personal, friendly atmosphere and are all extremely helpful.

Wifi was not the best in some parts of the cottage. Otherwise everything else was great.

Absolutely delightful cottage/ The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. They even went above and beyond by arranging a taxi for us to our next destination. The cleanliness of the place really stood out. It's conveniently located, just a short 5-minute stroll from the beach. The property boasts a lovely pool, and we were equally impressed with the restaurant - it served up great meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A truly wonderful experience overall!
