We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

RomaniaOne the superior room was one Cafe machine with capsule they charge me after with 408 TL.Normal must be advised before about this.Also the reception charge me twice for booked rooms.I solved this one the reception and money was refunded .Explanation was that was misunderstood from the other reception guy.One the room missing the blanket.One request he give you something looks like bigger towels. If you want to book the room take double superiors room a little expensive room not normal double room because is 100% more comfortable your holiday. All included alcoholic drinks is local .For imported drinks you must to pay.Also with the parking we have a problem.Is along to the hotel.One the second day we find one ATV cars hit our car and left one this position.We was lucky that not was serious damage.There was also cctv camera from hotel but the staff from reception he cannot found the guilty driver. If you want to take Turkish bath with massage one the hotel is the less package around 50 euro/person .If you want to save same money check one the booking.com one the attraction in Marmaris is 17 euro/persone same package of turkish bath and massage .
All was excellent.The room 206 was excelent.Accomodation ,food,drinks,show and entertainment after 21 00.All personal very kindly with the quest.Nier to the beach,private beach.I booked 2 double rooms and the manager upgraded with one rooms double superiore.Free parking nier to the hotel.Turkish bath with massage with Girls with Gold hands that I strongly recommend (Is extra pay 50 euro/persone abouth 1 hour and 40 minutes).

United KingdomI met some friends here and I have no complaints at all. The hotel location to great, the room was amazing and had a sea view. The hotel and pool area was so clean, food and drinks were great and the staff at this hotel, every single one of them so so polite, kind and they couldn’t do enough for you, Salim was so helpful and helped changed my booking the moment I arrived, Baris is a total sweetheart, Apo, Jack and Mr Grey were all so kind. Sure was also great. I cannot fault anyone, I’m sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names! I will certainly stay again. Thank you everyone, love Chelsea xxx

Having been before we knew exactly what we were getting! first class service, food and total relaxation!! Situated on the promenade this hotel stands out from the others! their attention to detail is first class! All food served is incredible. you honestly won’t go hungry! Luxurious sun beds on the jetty, feeling the hot Turkish sun, heaven! I love this place and can’t wait to go back!!

United KingdomThe noise in the room was too much. There was a dj party outside and the dj was shouting until 11;30 - 12:00 midnight. Then around 9:30 there was a huge noise from the bar coming into the room. If you are not working or trying to sleep in your room before 11:30/12:00pm or after 9:30 you have no chance. I tried a zoom meeting at 10:00an in my room. It didn’t work out. Additionally they charge you to use the safe. Breakfast is very average.
The room was well appointed and clean. There were nice sun beds on the hotel beach.

Location, beach front, jetty, very attentive beach/bar staff and restaurant staff, plus our maid. Front desk staff also very polite. Buffet food was fantastic, different every day and hot food. Will be returning next year.
