The bedroom was boiling hot at night. There was no AC, we had 1 fan, but it wasn't enough to cool the room down so we did not sleep well.

The location was amazing. The male front desk clerk was the friendliest and eager to help. The turkish breakfast was delicious and the views from the property were amazing.

The room was comfortable and clean every day. The breakfast was also good with variety of food. The hotel has tarrace and bar were you can watch the city. Location was good and we could also see the air ballons in the morning. It has free coffee and tea all day!

The room has no ventilation and at times it could get too warm, even if it was just the beginning of May. Apart from the small fan in the bathroom that isn't that powerful, you have to open the door and leave it like that in order to get some fresh air in the room (there is no AC available, but you can request an electric fan to cool things a little bit)

The location is great. It does even have a parking area and the staff is very friendly and responsive to every request. It helps with moving the other cars if needed, it recommends places to eat and trips to take around Goreme. The parking is not that big and big SUVs could get stuck on the narrow streets. But the view from the terrace is great, over Goreme, it is very close to the sunset panorama spot (you can see balloons very well from there, if they fly) and in general it's easy to find a place to eat around. Plus, the experience of sleeping inside a cave is quite something!

The breakfast was definitely filling, but it missed the mark for those of us watching what we eat. It leaned heavily on cheese, bread, and fries, with hardly any veggies in sight. For someone who prefers lighter or plant-based options, it was a bit of a letdown. Tossing in some cereal, oats, and more fresh veggies and fruits could easily make breakfast more inclusive and welcoming for everyone. It's a small change, but it would go a long way in making all guests feel considered and cared for in their dietary preferences. Also, I want to mention lack of cleaning in the room. Despite staying for several nights in a row, my room wasn't cleaned even once.

My stay at this hotel was remarkable, with the room matching the online photos perfectly and offering a beautiful city view from the terrace. Despite weather-related cancellations of planned balloon rides, the central location made city exploration easy and enjoyable. The hotel staff's helpfulness and kindness significantly exceeded my expectations, contributing to an unforgettable experience. As a remote worker, for me a reliable Wi-Fi is crucial, and this hotel delivered it excellently, providing strong internet both in my room and the common areas, I had video calls and internet was good. This hotel combines convenience, top-notch service, and excellent amenities, making it a fantastic choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended for its superior hospitality and great location.

Our room had a window on the entrance hall (a bit noisy). I would suggest to book the balloon elsewhere, while the tours were really well organised.

For me overall was ok, but for someone this points may be important: there's some mold in shower zone, low celling (tall people will have to bend inside the room), same breakfasts every day. The balcony is not private, it's shared and almost doesn't make any sense, so booking more cheaper room without balcony might be better.

A point to note, some rooms don’t have windows to the outside because it is a cave. But other than that, everything was perfect.

The view from my hotel terrace was beautiful. We could see the ballons at dawn and the sight was out of this world. Also the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Ceylan was super nice our entire stay and Berk was very helpful.

Great location to watch the balloons and within walking distance to township. The breakfasts were delicious with wonderful views from the dining room. A special thanks to Gurkan, Esra, Meltem and Ceylan who made sure our stay was an awesome experience.
