The hotel was great, and we got what we paid for: a good studio with one large bed and one single bed, a fridge, kitchen essentials (spoons, dishes, and many other things), a TV, a wardrobe, an air conditioner, and many other amenities. The bathroom was great. The reception staff were extremely polite, especially the young guy who works the night shift—he was always smiling and super polite. He is one of the best people we met in Istanbul. The hotel was very quiet, comfortable, and peaceful. Overall, I loved it. Everything was super clean. The hotel is very near Taksim Square, about a 5-minute walk, and also near the metro station, also about a 5-minute walk. There are restaurants and a grocery shop right next to the hotel. I recommend it for families and couples; you will love it. I just want to let people know that the street where the hotel is located is a traditional Turkish street. It is totally safe, and the people there are very polite. The majority of people in the area are Turkish, so it's not like those business streets full of buildings and 5-star hotels. It’s a modest, traditional street, but everyone is polite, helpful, and most importantly, it's super safe.

Although it’s location is convenient and near to the city center, it is located at the end of a high slope alley making it annoying for carrying suitcases unless you take a taxi to get there.

What I liked the most was its hospitable,helping and responsible host (Mr. Siamak) who made our stay very comfortable. He is always available and provide you with any information about the city and even some stuffs that you may need as much as he can. Besides, our suit was really clean and they have daily cleansing services.

The location of the hotel quite noisy

had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, CIAM who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any queries made my check-in process smooth and enjoyable. always greeting guests with a smile and offering assistance whenever needed.

The neighborhood is quite creepy, and from our window, there were seen a lot of garbage 🫥

The slope was probably the most arduous part of the area both to go to the hotel and other places. But on the long term it shouldn't impact your experience.

The staff are amazing and helpful and genuinely great people. The one in charge of the night shift in particular is a gem of a person and was truly helpful every step of the way. The location is really good. Many places to visit in taksim and around it. Close proximity to public transportation. And more food than you could ever get tired of
