Everything was OK.

The personal was nice and helpful, the location is great ,is right next to the galata tower,you will find what you need in your room like towels, soap and shampoo,they have air conditioning but I didnt use it,it has rooms with a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffe or just for the view.

It wasnt dirty but could have been cleaner. Also, the a/c unit was noisy. I didnt mind it because I wear earplugs but others might.

Very kind and helpful staff. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Galata near the tower. Good for budget travel.

Only thing was that the bathroom probably needed some repair but everything worked. Hot water was always available the showers were nice and strong.

The staff were friendly and always ready to help. They always gave me ideas where to.go once I did all the tourist attractions. The rooms were cozy and comfortable

Unfortunately the hotel is in need of maintenance: the door of the bathroom didn't close complete, the fridge isn't cold enough, the mattress is old and soft and unfortunately the WC flushing broke during our stay. Additionally it is poorly soundproof.

The location is excellent next to Galata tower and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Air conditioners are leaking. Mold in the bathroom. All week they did not clean the room, did not take out the trash. Horrible shampoo, no toothpaste.

Very cool administrator Muhammad. Always helped with all questions. Lifting suitcases or ordering food by delivery - all at the highest level.

Door lock to my room not very secure, same with windows, I was told that my washing would take one day but it was 2 days... Maybe not their fault but I was also told it would cost 50 lira and I was charged 280 lira, way too much. Only hot water for shower half of the time.

Location was good, the staff very friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable.. price very fair and a nice place to sit and relax on the roof terrace

Great location of the hotel, in a perfect area to enjoy cafes, historic places, cool . The staff were excellent, friendly and kind, helping us with everything and even organizing the transfer to the airport. the bed was super comfortable. great value for money.

the hotel is a bit tired, rooms need to be refurbished. the street is very narrow, so taxis usually can’t come to the hotel itself. if you have a heavy luggage note that you will have to walk a while

the cleanliness of the hotel was not the best, I stayed at a time when they were under construction so the smell of paint and the noise was frequent. but nothing that changed the friendly reception of the staff, so everything else didn't matter.

The location is very good, it is right next to the Galata tower and close to several means of transport, but the hotel staff are the wealth of this hotel, very professional, friendly and attentive.
