The kids pool closed quite early (17:00), not sure why this was as the other pools would remain open.

The choice of 6 pools was fantastic and the aqua park. The kids pool which had a range of slides as we had a 2 year old. The choice of food at the main restaurant was good as well as the stalls outside serving fries, shawarma, ice cream, sandwiches and more which was included in the all inclusive. This meant that the days we didn’t want to go inside for lunch we could outside. Waiters/waitresses will keep checking if you need drinks or snacks by pool sides which was good. When we asked any questions the staff helped as much as they could.

I booked pool view room but I got no view room. I confirmed my invoice after l realised that thing. The invoice is reduced around 400 euro. If the staff had informed, I would have been happy.

The lady in the shop downstairs wheee I was enquiring about goggles and inflatable for pool was very rude. Needs to improve on her customer service for a 5* hotel

The Resort map, received upon check-in is good, but lacks some information regarding the restaurants locations. The information about the main events is good, but regarding the secondary events, it's not crystal clear.

The amount of activities available for adults, children and for the whole family is incredible. The food offer is out of this world. From Turkish cuisine, through European specialties and even the good and simple nuggets with French fries (beloved by the little ones)

Beach is not ideal, yet the pier is great in very hot weather. Resort should be more active in preventing water pollution by replacing plastic cups and straws at least at pier bar and beach bar. You cannot expect all people to be responsabile about that.

Excelent hotel and food, lots of entertainment and pool options, finally good internet connection in a resort in Turkey.

More focus should be directed towards cleanliness, particularly in the elevators and the main buffet restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel. The outdoor children's entertainment play area near the entrance is appealing, but additional safety precautions are necessary to prevent any potential injuries to the children.

The facilities are excellent, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient. The ongoing activities are also enjoyable and well done.

Can't think of any. That's all I can say. Everything was spectacular.

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. The room where we stayed had a very nice view of the sea and the pools. The staff were very friendly; we got assistance in every way. "Sun", the guest relations officer went beyond to get my table in two a'la carte restaurants and I can't thank her more. Also, "Baksat", the front desk officer, he was just so nice to upgrade our room from better to best when we checked in. Thanks to the team of Delphin Be Grand.

Cost of Turkish bath and massage was expensive and are cheaper in resorts. Lots of things closed due to time of year however not informed of this before arrival.

Facilities were excellent. Indoor and outdoor pools with great sauna and steam rooms. Large gym with good classes.

the salon/spa staff was very rude, but i did not let them ruin my stay. they push and push for you to book a spa, so i said i already done my spa experience so they can back off and leave me alone. it was quite expensive for the salon and spa services. would not reccommend.

loved how many pools there was. loved how it was on the beach loved the buffet food never got bored loved how all a la carte was within the all inclusive price loved the location, it was near a shopping strip
