Food quality could be improved, but it's quite good for a 3-star Turkish hotel, especially if you take the price in consideration. There were also no beach towels.

I liked the room, it was spacious with a big balcony and sea view. The staff was nice, the beach is 5 min walking from the hotel.

Stylish location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was good, well prepared at the hotel's kitchen. It gets relatively quiet after 11 pm, which is a great bonus for those coming for rest and relaxation (like me and my elderly parents). Special thanks to Hanifi for being so caring and friendly.

In all inc. were not all of the drinks included, drinks with alcohol were only beer and wine. Coctails, orange juice, turkish coffee had to be payed extra. During our stay (5 days) was only one activity at the evening (traditional dancing) and nothing more. The workers mostly didn’t spoke English.

Wifi connection not stable and not reaching the 7th floor and in restaurant area many cats and dog rounding around tables which is not pleasant for people whom scared from pets.

Location, cleanliness of rooms, and all facilities. Only a few minutes to the beach where you can find restaurant and showers. Mr Hassan was so active person for helping or for fixing anything.

When we arrived at hotel room, there were traces of sand on our bed sheets and towels were not clean. Cleaning should be done a bit better. My main issue here is that coctails are not included in All-inclusive and that there are no icecream at the pool bar which should also be included in All-inclusive. Icecream at pool bar is a must for every hotel. Lunch, dinner and snack should include icecream and bigger variety of cakes and coockies. Breakfast should include omlet with selection between cheese, meat, or both. Breakfast and dinner should include pancakes, that's a must. I really hope to see all these resolved next year I come.

Staff was very kind and friendly, they made us feel very welcome. Hotel is very nice, very close to the beach and close to few tourist agencies which offer pleanty of activities and exploration. I like the most how detailed the hotel is presented on Booking. Unlike other hotels we looked, this hotel explains everything that is included in price you pay. I'll mention what I didn't like down bellow, but I do plan on coming back to this hotel next year. I do hope to see issues mentioned in what I didn't like resolved by then.

If you have hired a private taxi from the company (Get Transfer), be very careful with the drivers, because they try to blackmail you through the chat system. Call customer service immediately when receding a message from the driver if refuses to pick you up back to Antalya airport. Have a nice stay at the hotel.

The hotel lobby is nice as the reception desk personal is very understandable and friendly. The beach facilities are well organized for free, which is wonderful. Thank you very much.

we had problem with a waiter, Mevlüt Karakurt. I've ordered one drink from the bar and set with my friend on the terrace. He came and asked if my friend is living in the hotel. I told, not. He said she has to pay a fee for the drink. I said, but I've ordered only one drink and not 2. But he wanted us to pay the extra fee. I think this was not too professional. The whole week with my husband we had only breakfast, not dinner, nor lunch, as we have friends in Alanya and went out together. Our friends offered your hotel not only for us, but a lot of tourists from Hungary earlier! They wouldn't recommend the hotel anymore! I think this guy is not good for the reputation of the hotel!!!!!!! The other problem cats on the table in the restaurant, terrible!!!!!!!

The drinks included in the all inclusive were only available at the hotel not on the beach and I didn’t like the poor list of those drinks.( beer, wines and vodka or raki and a couple of soft drinks ) And I wasn’t really impressed with the room’s cleanliness or how it seemed to be so worn off in the bathroom especially when the shower was not properly draining.

The food was good and the beach was near the hotel where the reception staff were very helpful and they gave us some free phone calls to get our pre booked airport shuttle sorted out.

The facilities are very old. The bathroom is moldy, the shower is rusty, everything is covered with white plaque from bad water. The air conditioner is dirty inside and seems like it was never cleaned. The towels were changed 0 times and I don’t know actually what was cleaned. Why the cleaner bothers coming if they do nothing? I don’t know. Pay them living wage so they don’t have to work only ‘tips first’. Wi-Fi was unstable. Paid safebox? Really?

It’s cheap overall. The reception staff is super attentive and professional. The food is better than expected, but still doesn’t seem to be ‘all inclusive’. Close to the beach.

Extra bed was a metal fold up bed that kept creaking. We were charged for a normal bed. The cleaner only mopped up our rooms twice in a week. Water bottles were only supplied on the first day. After that, they told us to take our own water cups upstairs, which was a hassle. The toilets were not cleaned properly, and there was a smell in the bathroom. We had to ask for soap and toilet paper when it ran out. They didn't really care. All inclusive food was not great. No hot chocolate. No milkshake. No ice cream. You had to pay extra. If you check in late, you will not recieve food for the day. We have been to other hotels where cleaning was done regularly and supplied with toilet paper and soap without asking. It was ver expensive and away from the airport and city centre.

The location was beautiful. The beach was a walk away. Sea view was excellent, just like we imagined. Quite peaceful and pleasant. Not very busy.

Could have done with a bit more variety of food but was ok

We arrived later than expected. We were greeted at reception by a lovely guy, hanifi. He was polite and very helpful even made the children and i drinks on arrival been so late. We were helped with our bags to our room. Settled in great. Also on Arrival we were given all the information needed for our stay in the hotel. The hotel maid was an abosolute sweetheart she was an older lady. I also needed my boarding passes printed off to get home, and the hotel staff had no problems helping with this. Had the most beautiful sea view room . The beach is a short walk away. They had turkish dancers on one night, and we really enjoyed it. The guy who checked us out was lovely and helpful. All in all, it's a lovely hotel and a bunch of great staff. I'd totally recommend this hotel to anyone travelling alone with children
