Beds. They sink! Not sure how old they are. Some stuff in the room needs refurbrishing.

The fan in the bathroom was a bit noisy.

Food variety and the activities arranged throughout the day were both great. Special thanks to Muslim in the reception and the host lady at the buffet entrance who made our visit remarkable.

Location is amazing. Hotel is very close to the cable car station and also on the skits of the best slopes. Rooms with jakuzi are superb.

They want to add the number of guests exactly when you book the room, however we have relayed on the number of beds shown on Booking.com, so when we showed up there they charged us more money. They need to add more slides, toys and different activities for kids and adults in the snow area. Staff don’t speak English. The reservation for booking snowmobiles was not good. We were waiting 2 days for the reply of the staff, but they did not arrange anything to us for booking the snowmobiles. Moreover, they did not tell us that there is a 2-minutes public place for snowmobiling next to the resort. Long queue for the live cooking during lunch and dinner time. Sometimes it is too much crowded and there is no available table.

Every thing was great at Bof Resort; location, services, staff, food, friendly and family environment. Thanks to the Mr. Ilhan, the "greeting Lady" at restaurant, the housekeeping, receptionists and all Bof team. Skying classes, the King Suite were also amazing experiences for us. Thanks for not serving Alcohol drinks.

When I booked the room look bigger ..I paid for an extra kid who does really eat I thought I would get the bigger quadruple room ..the bathroom is a bit small and iit will be more appropriate for the heated hanger to be outside the shower cabine ..Over all everything was great ..May be another thing for lunch and dinner the menu can be changed a bit and of course for the tea time..another thing a more cheaper package would be great for ski lessons and renting the stuffs as the hotel price is really expensive.As there are no ac in the room at night it is a bit hot and we had to open the window .

The location was top ..the staff at the restaurant was awesome 😎 Cadek was always helpful and caring as well as his colleagues .the lady at sky fall where we rent our ski stuff was also really kind always here to welcome you.as for the ski trainers too there were two of them who give us tuition.

During our second visit, we wanted to express our satisfaction with our stay at Bof Uludag Hotel. The staff members were not only friendly and attentive, but they also ensured that the check-in and check-out process was smooth and effortless. The restaurant staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. They greeted us warmly upon arrival and promptly seated us. Throughout our meal, they checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything and made sure our drinks were always refilled.

The checkin was smooth but we booked a quad room which was changed. This was made out as if he was doing us a favour by giving us two doubles but its hard to know which was better. The game room is too expensive and I personally believe there should be a daily allowance for all guests or a reduction of price. Like this, they'll get more kids using it. The waiters in the restaurant clear tables unnecessarily in my opinion. We had to tell them to leave things on table sometimes. It's obvious that they've been trained like that. The rooms are too hot and ruin the stay. The windows don't open properly and the rooms get so hot that it's hard to sleep.

This is a great hotel but lacks in a few areas. The place is fantastic and it has its own ski slopes. We didn't get any snow during our stay but they have a ski center and a ski lift. The hotel has amazing decor and you can tell its really well designed. The fireplace bar is a wonderful place to relax. The inclusive buffet is nothing short of outstanding with a massive variety of food items. The service is really good. The waiters and floor managers are very friendly. Shafiq (not correct spelling) was extremely helpful, thank you. The kids loved the play area on floor 2. The rooms are quite spacious (we had connecting rooms) and stocked with basic toiletries, they don't give toothbrushes though. The hotel is well heating. Overall, it's a good hotel but there is room for improvement especially for the price they charge.
