The main door lock needs a repair. The TV control needs a change! It don't works at all although we do not have time to watch TV. In general the whole suite (we were at ground floor) needs renovation.

The value for the price was good. It fullfill the minimum for a comfy stay. Also I'am very thankful from the host for his kind hospitality.

The apparent is extremely dirty. This is a good variant if you want to save money for visiting Istanbul, but come on guys clean the apartment. The kitchen is completely in fat, the shower cabin is so dirty that it is totally unpleasant to step inside. Brocken toilet lid. I was not waiting for a modern repair for such a price, but cleanliness must be!

The location is very good and the host is very friendly and helpful. Cheap as for Istanbul.

Lack of everyday use items such as: cups, plates, toilet paper, etc. TV wasn't working or we didn't know how to turn it on, but we didn't have time to watch it anyway (whole days sightseeing). It needs basic cleaning between visitors. Phone number from booking.com doesn't match the owner actual tel number. Needed to send an email but received call back within minutes (+)

Localisation was excellent (10 minutes to hagia Sophia), and rooms were big compared to other places in the area. It looked as if it had been refurbished lately. There are plenty of restaurants around that serve traditional food until the very late hours.

Nurudin is all time available for you for any help. It is better to arrange hotel drop through hotel itself. Blue mosque is 600 meter away, but it is very steep and we have to walk uphill. There are restaurants and shops nearby. This is best suited for those who want to cook themselves. The inflation in Turkey is very high and it is better to cook at least breakfast. Hotel has kept enough set of cooking utensils.

We spent it 6 nights in the basement apartment, we liked it, the price-value ratio is excellent, quiet, clean, well equipped, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, central heating, air conditioning, TV, The bed was comfortable, the kitchen furniture was a bit old but suited us, it was within walking distance to attractions. We will happy to choose it next time.

The main Problem is that it is very old and badly kept. the shower head fell on my head while I was using it, the mirror was broken, there were electric cables hanging.

It is very cheap, the Check in and check out procedure is easy, the location is ok (even though not as good as we thought).

Although, the property is well maintained, but the owners really needs to upgrade washroom fixtures, toilet fittings, light fixtures, washroom ventilation, TV connection etc. The top floor is a wooden floor apartment, the floor makes loud thumping sound while walking on it.

Property location is really good for the people who likes to explore around on foot. Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Arasta Bazar, Grand Bazar are 10-20 minutes away from the property. There’s couple of parks very close by, which I believe are really good for those families who have small kids.

couldn’t really fault it. bedroom was a bit of a tight squeeze apart but that’s about it.

Great location close to, cafes and restaurants and shops, clean area. There is a park across the road which our children really enjoyed. . very close to the Hagia Sophia mosque just up the hill. Also just across the highway to the sea. Apartment is spacious, kitchenette is useful, apartment is clean and tidy for what it is. quiet area at night. thank you for having us.

Sofa/bed, renewed, (bed sheet OK), curtains and drapes need to be cleaned periodically, sink area renewed, baf ugly spots, fridge= 10 stars, very big and good. TV / 1-2 channels, but not prblm, air cond - verry good/ 2 pcs. Location very good, near park, 10m.

Furnitures are old, some of the doors didn't close, the kitchen had an old countertop and cupboards. Wi-Fi of the apartment did not work, we tried to connect to other apartments, but it did not work.

the location is perfect, 10-15 min from Aya Sofia,Sultan Ahmet and 15 min from Grand bazaar and Laleli. the are also big supermarkets near the apart. Quite big apartment, but little uncomfortable. I liked the fact that there are all kitchen utensils and house amenities.

Unfortunately basement room had some problems but we had a short stay. Some water leakage from roof. bed mattress was not comfortable. Bed linens were not clean and had small hair. One pillow had big yellow spots. No amenities in bathroom.

Very good location with a good park for kids and many small shops and food options in walking distance. Safe neighborhood with bus stop on walking distance. Apartment facilities as described and shown in photos. Kitchen well equipped.

Interiors and furniture are somewhat shabby and worn-out, otherwise like on photos. Still comfortable, no troubles with towels, bedsheets or duvet,. The room is on the ground floor, few steps up from the street, so you don't have much privacy in the kitchen unless you pull down blinds. There are only two small tables: one small in the room (see photos) and one small in the kitchen (for two persons' food). There is plently of space otherwise. Microwave is weirdly located under the sink. There were very little utensils in the kitchen, but the manager was ready to provide us more. We just stayed for a single night and did not need that.

Big room: you get a combined living room/kitchen (full-size fridge with a freezer, microwave, electric kettle, huge dishwasher, full gas stove - superior for cooking, combi heater/water heater, big sofa, small table for two), huge hallway (you can store some luggage here) leading to the bedroom (air conditioning which works for heating as well, big bed, closet, nightstands) and the bathroom. I probably forgot something. Aesthetically beautiful furniture. Quiet! Especially in the bedroom, as its windows go to the backyard. No traffic, no activities, you barely hear adhan even with windows open. You do hear air conditioning, though. Kitchen's windows head to the street, but it has almost no traffic, so it's quiet there as well. Great location. This is south Fatih, so in order to reach major attractions you have to walk uphill for some time. Still, the hotel is right next to two parks, and you can easily reach lots of restaurants and shops without any hills, that's great. We had no troubles checking-in or checking-out. No troubles with electricity, water or heating either, Wi-Fi is good.

The only thing which was not infact bad but it is their rule that you have to call the owner to take the keys.

The owner Onur was really a great guy, respectful, courteous and friendly. He can also easily communicate in English. The value for money was really good. They gave us the basement apartment with all the facilities like hot water, wifi, kitchen etc. If I would travel again I will definitely go here again.

The phone number in the information on this site is not correct - however the correct phone numbers to contact the hosts when you arrive are on the door so it wasn't much of an inconvenience. Also I couldn't get the TV to turn on which the host said was because other guests change settings etc. This also wasn't that big of a deal as I really only wanted to watch it when I'm ready to settle down for the evening before going to bed.

The host, Onur, was super friendly and helpful. He organised a private transfer to the airport at a very reasonable rate which was reassuring given that my flight was very early. I also liked the size of the suite and wished that I'd had more time to spend in Istanbul so that I could have taken full advantage of it being a self-contained unit. I also liked the location, close enough for me to walk to the Blue Mosque area (about 15-20 minutes up the hill) but far enough away that it wasn't crowded with lots of tourists. There were also some nice places to eat within five minutes walk of Blue Eye Suites.

Had to wait for more than half an hour after midnight to get in the apartment. The basement apartment smelled like paint and mold, it's quite suffocating. I messaged the owner to request for a change of room but didn't get any response! No one bothered to check or ask if everything is ok, looks like the owner doesn't care at all.

Walktable distance from touristy area. There is a park in-front and the road doesn't feel as naerow as some other area here.
