Having to pay for an omelette. The food was more or less the same every day. Also during the dinner there was no coffee or warm drinks. If you wanted them you had to pay money which was not very good.

Location was fine. There was a variety of food.

Cleaning could have been better and toiletries were not replaced once they were run out. Shower was bit compact. My daughter’s room door was left open after it had been cleaned luckily nothing was missing. Did think about complaining to the manager but my daughter asked me not to incase the poor lady would lose her job

The early morning prayers from a nearby mosque, but this is of course not the hotel's responsibility.

The hotel location is perfect in terms of access to restaurants, shops, the tram and Kaleici old town. The room was immaculately cleaned by housekeeping. The breakfast had a good variety and included many Turkish dishes. The wifi worked well. The pool is great for tanning and cooling off in the heat.

Room is spacious and house keeping is very good . Breakfast is excellent . Pool is nice and comfortable . Location is perfect and close to most shopping areas . I recommend this Hotel for all friends .

The check in service was terrible. We (family of 8) arrived a hour early at 1pm even though I knew we cannot check in until 2pm, so was happy to wait. We left our luggage there and went out to shops and came back 2pm. Rooms were still not ready. We waited another 40 minutes and finally were given swipe cards for 3 rooms. When we went to the rooms, only 1 room was ready. I went back to reception. Then 1 room was switched to another room and we had to wait for the final 3rd room. Now another 25 minutes went by. I was told 3rd room was ready now. I went to that room and saw cleaners still cleaning it. I then went back to the reception. By this time, I was not happy and had to speak to the Manager as went back and forward 4 times. It still took some time and finally 3rd room was ready. This wasted over 2 hours in total which could have been used elsewhere. I did not find the female staff behind reception helpful (which is what has been said in other customer reviews). It felt I was the culprit instead of the customer asking for my rooms which I paid for. I think the price is slightly too high for this hotel.

Read mix reviews about this hotel especially about the Reception staff. I and my children loved the swimming pool. Rooms were decent size and facilities like showers all working. Best thing about this hotel is the location. It's in the heart of the City Center and walkable to many things.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Literally a step away from the old bazaar which is on the shopping street with all the shops and cafes. And despite this the hotel and the room are very quiet. The staff evokes warm feelings. In particular, I would like to mention a young man Mark, who works at the reception. A very warm, bright person, ready to help at any time. I also want to thank the young man who helped me check into the hotel after a long and difficult journey. Unfortunately I don't remember his name.

The swimming pool not so big, first we stayed there the wifi not so good but in 3 days we can get wifi I hope on the future also never problem. if you consume some drink or food quite expensive.

The hotel location is perfect really in the centrum, the bedroom is enough big and we can good sleeping.

There was not enough sun loungers at the pool maybe 30?so not enough for all the guest so you had to wait on people leaving to get a bed as they left their towels on them and were away for up to 3 hours . I asked staff about it but they were not helpful. Also didnt receive any complementary tea or fruit basket as described on this hotel page

The rooms were very clean and good location. Air con was lovely and good breakfast

Air conditioning needs to improve as its set at max 22 C and it doesn’t cool the room properly or to the temperature of your liking

Location is 10/10 Size of Room and views from Room Pool was really nice and kids enjoyed alot We stayed in King Room at 8th Floor and it was very spacious

The bathroom shower was too old. Bathtub/shower no glass windows,and you have to climb up for the bathtub to have a shower that was dangerous .

Room cleaning service, cleaning staff came to room in the morning while you are in the restaurant for breakfast and everyday.

The room safe was not attached to anything.Theoretically someone could just pick it up and walk away with it. Room not very soundproof. Front desk not very helpful or friendly.

Smaller lounge

Prime location in the middle of town. Superb breakfast with a vast spread. Good pool and spa. Hamam and massage was great. Old bazaar was 2 min walk. Excellent overall.
