too far from main road, you have to order a taxi every time you want to go some where, and one ride cost( with return) is 30 € ( to Belek or Land of Legends) . Taxis usually are big enough for 6 people. Spa center expensive. I usually buy massage(es) every time when I visit Turkey, not this time.

free minibar! very good room cleaning service, food was good, near to the beach and the beach is sandy, you don't need watershoes, unless you want to play volleyball, in beachfront there are sand and little rock mixed. Tasty capuccino in lobbybar and Cafe :) Reception were helpful and friendly. Bed were comfortable and with normal blankets :P in Camelia garden.

Although they provide both an indoor heated pool and another heated pool for kids by the water slides, the 2 large swimming pools for adults were freezing cold. I hope they could heat them as well, at least from October to June, just that little bit which allows humans set foot in.

Very good buffet restaurant, very clean common areas and clean beach, long pier with plenty of chairs, water sports, very good night shows and music, water slides and kids heated pool, even a zoo with horses that you can ride, a lot of entertainment for kids. This hotel is definitely BELLISsimo!

I liked the room space, especially for the family holiday and hotel premises, access to the beach, and the amenities available at the hotel from morning till late night. The Bellis bark is quite good and can be shared with cocktails.

Throughout our stay, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. We stayed in a large, comfortable family room with an amazing view. The minibar was stocked with drinks and snacks, refreshed daily, and included in the price. The food and drinks were top quality, available all day from various restaurants and cafes. Everything was fresh and delicious! The hotel offered premium alcohol brands, and the drinks menu was impressive—we tried different cocktails every day! The entertainment catered to both kids and adults. My 13-year-old loved playing water polo and football during the day and made new friends, while I relaxed by the pool. In the evenings, there was live music and a separate kids' entertainment programmes. The hotel itself is large, with facilities like tennis courts, but we spent most of our time by the pool or at the beach. We also tried the traditional Turkish hamam massage and other treatments at the spa. I left feeling like a completely new person—relaxed and rejuvenated! The best part, according to my son, was definitely the waterslides! We had an amazing time on the slides and probably enjoyed them the most. Overall, it was a great experience for the whole family. I highly recommend this hotel.

An incredible two night stay at Bellis Deluxe. Loved everything. The food was incredible (I am vegetarian and felt really well catered for) and the amount and variety of food available impressed us all. The beach was great and we all loved the water slides and the zoo was lovely. Staff were really friendly and even let us hang out after check out as we had a late flight. Excellent from start to finish!

The food could have been a bit better, though I understand how difficult it is to ensure that all tastes are met. There was no issue with a quality of the food, it was eatable and the variety is huge. It’s just some food could have been a bit more yummy. But thats kore a caprice rather than a complaint. And it’s nothing considering a very high quality of all other services. Ah, and we were surprised that probably 99.9% of all guests were Russians, interesting experience.

Location is very good, personnel is just fantastic; friendly, nice, considerate! The level of services is top! All staff: reception, porters, room service, restaurant, beach and pool, bars - fantastic, thank you for doing your job with such a high quality and a smile!

Reception staff have extremely poor communication skills. In addition to their very average English, they are very unwelcoming and simply provide a yes/no answer with no eye contact/smile to more evolved questions. Maybe for Russian speakers the experience was different given the proficiency of the staff in the language. The hotel would have a 10 if it had more professional reception staff.

The room was small, the bed was not super comfortable. The room seemed dated and the bathroom was leaking shower from the bathtub. It would be great if the staff new a bit more about the golf in the area and perhaps a shuttle to take you there. Kadraye taxis are not much short of a scam with their prices, so just a suggestion to cater more for your golfing guests. Most courses wont help you or speak english.

The all inclusive was really great. It wasn't hard to get a drink and the food options were delicious. I felt that it was good value for money. It was also nice that they restock the mini bar in your room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee shop cafe with drinks and snacks daily was nice as well. The zoo is a nice addition to the resort. The baggage wrap was a very cool initiative from the hotel. Thanks to custome relations (i think maria) for helping me book a round of golf.

The spa services were extensive and relaxing. But I did mind the fact that I payed for an one hour massage and got only half an hour with no explanation.

The resort is amazing, the people and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a bigger room for no extra cost and were available at any time. Food and facilities are more than great. The events program quite interesting and fun! Would totally come back!

To be honest, we were almost the only guests coming not from Russia. We didn't like that the staff spoke at us Russian, just when we mentioned we are not from Russia, some staff knew English. Hotel full of guests from Russia.

Food was super delicious, we really enjoyed. Huge selection, everything fresh, tasty, a lot of fruit, o lot of vegetable, different kind of meats, fish, really very rich. The ice cream was the best. We travelled with a baby and we loved the place because we could walk all around with our trolley, no barriers, and it is such a big hotel that you can simply circle around and walk a lot just within a resort. Great place for families with kids.

the staff that organizes games for children is not very motivationally oriented. one gets the feeling that something is forced. everything that is paid additionally (e.g. hairdresser) is excessively expensive.

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for those traveling with kids! Our stay was absolutely incredible - we truly cannot fault a single thing. The beach, pools, kids pool area, kids evening entertainment - it's all amazing! The buffets are out of this world - I've never seen such a massive selection of food at any hotel before! We were treated so well from the moment we arrived until we checked out. My only complaint is that our stay was too short because we truly did not want to leave!!
