The hammam is not free but it states on booking.com that it is. We ended up paying €100 for a massage and a hammam experience which wasn’t great as there was no foam or kese. I had to ask the girl to use the kese to take my dead skin off. Massage was bad and not skilled therapists. This hotel claims it’s 4 star, it’s a 2/3 at most. Breakfast was dead, rather go out and eat. The bar staff didn’t know how to make a cocktail.

The sauna wasnt warm enough, steam room didnt work. Jacuzzi and pool were way too cold. Cleanliness was poor, toilet door lock didnt work, 1 iron for the whole hotel. This is not a deluxe hotel. Its located at the top of a hill. Location is very good though.

Restoran terible, dirty tables, staff at the restoran rude, slow. Girls from Massage rude, very BAD behaviour, dont alowed to go the shower “in their space” towels warming up at one of the sauna.

At the wellness only half of the facilities was available. The staff was not friendly at all except at the reception and at the bar the lady. The wellness staff was unprofessional and they clearly don't like guests. Well..

We were 6 people in total. 2 adults and 4 children. Bookings.com was aware of this and only gave us the option of double and twin rooms. We were told to pay R 1 300 for an upgrade as they apparently didn't have extra beds. However, myself and my husband had a extra unneeded single bed in our already cramped room. Our 4 children were shoved into a tiny room with a huge double bed and 1 single bed leaving no room to move about. This room had a door linked to another room and these doors were not locked. On 2 occasions the door was opened by the people next door. Due to these doors my children complained about all the noise and they were quite tired in the mornings due to lack of sleep. We were super disgusted by the breakfast. They served 80% salad and bread and only boilt eggs. The only fruit was poor quality and at times rotten naartjies. Even though we could see good apples in the kitchen they would not give us of it even on request. Infact they lied that there was nothing. We ended up just having coffee and juice for breakfast and judging from what we saw other tourist ate, they were definitely were not impressed. As our flight was late they charged us 40 euros for an extra 3 hours in 1 of the rooms. Won't be booking with them in the future.

The swimming pool didn't open till 13.00 hours , very ridiculous timing. Saunas and steam rooms were off and switched on when the pool opened for use. Very disappointed. We were refused a sofa bed for our 10 year old daughter, even though we specified 3 people to the room.

On our balcony even though the view was beautiful, I couldn't enjoy it because air conditioner's generator. So noisy! Cant stand 5 min. And male staffs frequently got into our room because of that generator, so uncomfortable!

The only thing made me to pay high rate was the view from our room.

Even if I paid for the stay while making the reservation online, on the checkout I was treated like I don't want to pay and and up paying twice for the same reservation. This was corrected couple hours later with the help of the booking customer help. I got the money back after two days, but l lost half of the day on the receptionist extraordinary ignorance.

Not as expected. More like a motel, definitely not 4 star hotel!!!! Everything is a lot smaller than it shows on a pictures. No coffee maker or microwave in a room . Not even a little table to put things on. Could not use a pool or jacuzzi because the water was too cold! Even in a jacuzzi!!!

my friends got very small rooms, there wasn't even a balcony that they paid for. There was no coffee, sugar, tea or even a coffee maker. At every hotel, it's only the one that didn't have it. Every day we had to pay for coffee, which should be free in the room!!!! the floor was not washed in the rooms at all!! there was cold water in the wringer!! and we could only be there for 30 min.

the location was very good, everything was nearby. I felt very comfortable there. the reception was helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice, I had a big room and I was satisfied.

The first opinion from the district was very bad, then we have accepted it and enjoyed the time in Istanbul. The public transport is full.

The hotel is next to the centre ( 3 bus stations) The price is low.
