United KingdomReception and management seems to not complying with standard. Mostly seems to be overlooking customer complaints. one of reception manager interact with my spouse so rudely that i have to interfere. I guess reception staff and reception management need customer services skills and training. Family rooms are funny, its room inside room without lock. no privacy for couple.
Dinner, cleaning, children zone staff is just excellent. location and facilities are amazing. it is actual a family resort where as family with children you can enjoy.

Canadalots of cats everywhere including the restaurants. You don't expect this from a big resort.
It is a nice resort with good amenities all together. However, they need to improve the hygiene in the restaurants significantly. There were a lot of cats (20+) and flies in the restaurant. Quite a few guests and hotel staff were feeding the cats on the restaurant floor which makes the hygiene situation worst. Other than this issue, it was a decent resort offering good value for money.

United KingdomI would give it a 3 star rating more than a 5 star. No beach towels provided. Only water in the room's mini bar fridge. Beds were rock hard and only a cover sheet was provided rather than a duvet. Lots of smoking all around, including in the rooms. Decor is outdated. While in the bathroom, we could hear people in the room next to us so clearly that it was as if we were in the same room. While sanitiser bottles were stationed around the grounds, nearly all of them were completely empty. We took a walk onto the pier which was over the ocean. It was beautiful but the wooden planks were bending under our feet which made us leave quite quickly. The beach has nice sand and the view is good but unfortunately the highway is very close by (runs along the resort) and so you can clearly hear the sound of the cars and traffic while you're sitting on the beach. There are other pools if you don't want to be on the beach.
The selection of food was great. The pools were clean and the staff were nice. Good place for young people. The room was spacious.

United KingdomThe variety and quality of food was very very poor. Alcohol not original and very poor quality too. Also not much to choose from. Main Swimming pool area looks like never been redecorated old tiles. Seems like only reception area was beautiful and looked nice. Basically not many good words i have to day. I am happy that we stayed there only 3 nights. Don’t recommend it if you want to eat most tasty fresh turkish food and have good alcohol!
The saff was nice, looked like they wasn’t happy to work in this hotel, it’s understandable, but they was nice to customers, plight and kind. Room was clean.

Czech Republic1. The hotel failed to provide legal invoice even after multiple reminders from me, my accountant, booking portal and calls. 2. Check-in procedure was quite lengthy, I had to wait about 30 mins until internal administrative procedures were completed in order to get the room. 3. The guy at the reception started to get angry where I asked if I can help him anyhow to resolve the issue. 4. On first glance it looks there is plenty of food but it's a very limited selection. 5. Also as you take one plate and leave it on the table, they took completely filled out plate and discarded it multiple times during one evening when I went away to take a cutlery or drinks. 6. This shows that restaurant staff is unreasonable and cleaning without any sense even though when plate is untouched and new.
1. The room was fine though, very nice and clean and with great sea view, I even received an upgrade for inconvenience. 2. The beach was nice and convenient to get to and the guy responsible for sunbeds is nice and welcoming.

GermanyBeds were extremely uncomfortable, the cups were dirty and I often had something floating in my drinks. Also, the quality of the food was not the best but it was alright.
They have an amazing children’s entertainment and activity program. They had great option for kids to enjoy their stay. Also, the fact that they do all-inclusive, is pretty nice for the kids. They always had something to eat or drink at any time of the day. The staff also was amazing!!!
