Room air conditioner was not controlable. Temp was fixed and wind strength also fixed even I could change the figures from the controller.

It's close from Tuyap but a little difficult to reach there. Hotel was clean and staffs are very kind.

Breakfast was boring, the same stuff every day and there wasn't much to choose from. My AC unit had no cooling option, just a vent, which was super loud, but didn't do much for the heat. I couldn't imagine being there in the summer.

The hotel is within walking distance of the fair, which is a big plus. There is also a big transport hub nearby, which is also a plus.

The location is so far from the tourist location Breakfast is very limited, cold and not fresh, if you come late you may not drink a coffee or you could not find some other food , I think the must improve the restaurant

Breakfast it's completely not correspond with the new facilities in the hotel. Most of the food was probably for second time infront of guests. Everything was cold. Only one type of juice /orange/ only one type of tea /Turkish/. Believe or not but they even missing slices of bread in Turkey! Inly one type of fruit, old tomatoes /only cherry/ old cucumbers. If the breakfast was different i will vote with 10 for the Hotel!

The hotel rooms are quite new, and modern.

The TV channels were all Turkish, and English channels need to be added. The breakfast was the same each day. A lot of new variety must be included, and also the number of items should be increased. Menus need to be in English too.

The hotel was near the Exhibition Centre and a lot of restaurants were nearby. There was limited access to the hotel so not many guests were around. There wasn't much noise around the property which is how I prefer it.

The reception is the worst thing in the hotel, they don't even want to order a taxi , any help on their part .

My room, 858 on 8th Floor was super with solid views but the rumbling noise from the sewer system when someone flushed the toilet was very bad. Breakfast could be better with names of the food in English and Turkish. Also the TV didn’t have international news channels like CNN.

Location is super👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾. Close to everything, Metro Bus 🚌station is right bang out of the building. Mini shopping mall very close and Mamara Park Shopping Mall, a bigger one is 3 stops on the metro bus. Very very convenient location to Tuyap Fair Centre

Wifi was not very stable. Sometimes the network would just disappear. But when it worked, the speed was fine. It is noisy outside thanks to the traffic, so we kept the windows closed.

Diverse breakfast, with good coffee and tea. Big room, spacious and modern. There's a kettle, tea bags and cups in the room. There's also a fridge. Good working shower: water pressure and temperature. Friendly and helpful personnel. We got 2 bottles of water every day (you can't drink from the tap).

The only thing is the quality of the blanket. If they can upgrade it to be full size comforter, and to upgrade the pillows as well. But to be honest this hotel is pretty worth it for the money.

The staff was so helpful and the place is good value for money. The bathroom was well equipped, the cleaning service was perfect, the AC was so good.
