"The soundproofing could be improved, as conversations from neighboring rooms are easily audible, and there's a noticeable lack of privacy. Additionally, the bed had a tendency to slant to one side, affecting overall comfort. It's worth noting that the presence of questionable activities, such as the presence of individuals that may not align with a family-friendly environment, could be a concern for families considering a stay."

Unfortunately people smokes even it is forbidden. Rooms and coridors were smelling. Since my wife and kid have allergy, they are effected by this smell.

Friendly staff. They helped us when we have question and they provided bigger room without requesting extra fee.
