Wi-Fi in our room was extremely slow. I did report it, but as the Wi-Fi was fine in reception area it was not investigated and a remedy applied

Breakfast was good. Location was excellent, could walk to most important sites. Staff were very accommodating. On my request they moved us from a room in the old part to the new part, to avoid requiring my husband to climb a steep staircase (he is 75 with balance issues. If you’re young and fit it should pose no problems)

I can’t fault anything from this hotel in my 3 night experience.

This property was absolutely incredible. The rooms were of a very high standard and were clean. The location of the property itself was perfect and only a short walk away from the Blue Mosque. All of the staff at this hotel whether it was front of house, the kitchen staff or cleaners were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The accomodation was booked on late notice but the staff were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was very well assembled and gave the perfect boost to start the day. The staff were also very friendly with local suggestions and activities to add to your itinerary.

Overall its value of money.

The property location is ideal. Very near to all major attractions of old city like blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi palace and grand bazar. Its family run business and i especially appreciate Mr. Berat and his Abla for being so kind and generous with us.

The staff was very friendly. Also, the breakfas was delicious! The breakfast menu changed every morning. We used the transfer to and from the airport - it was fast and easy. The location of the hotel is very good - easy to walk to every attraction.

There was nothing to fault. It was a great place for our family, and we cherished every moment of our stay.

We received a warm welcome from all the hosts. The management was very nice and friendly, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding.

GREAT location. We were able to walk to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Eminonu, Bosphorus Waterfront, Galata Tower, Grand Bazar and 100s of restaurants and cafes all within 2-20 minutes of the hotel. WiFi worked great. Hotel is in a small neighborhood next to the ocean so about 100 yards to very quiet ocean front. Location is ideal for anyone visiting the most iconic sites of Istanbul. Bathroom and bedroom cleanliness was great. Only thing that I would add is there are no elevators and we chose an ocean view rooms which was on the 4th floor but the staff brought and took down all our luggage so nothing that impacted us. I would highly recommend this location.

The mattress was a little hard.

It was cleaned everyday, WiFi worked all the time and good location as it’s near to mosques, palaces, shops, food courts etc.

It is close to Blue mosque ,Transport is accessible ,Staff understands the English language and well mannered and are professional .Breakfast is excellent .They change bed sheets every day rooms are air conditioned and are working.Flat contains microwave .kettle ,Fridge .Later staff provided a heater for cooking purpose on our request and after discussion with your office

This is not the fault of the hotel, but there is a need to inform that some routes to this hotel is closed for car (since online map shows direction that is inaccessible by car, so we have to drag our luggage for almost half of kilometer). There is a leak in the bathroom, so the dry area of the bathroom a bit flooded after we take a bath.

The location is superb! just 5 minutes walk from the center of Istanbul's main attractions (Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Sultan Ahmet Square), close to tram station. The staffs (Efe, Tuba, Fatih, the lady from the kitchen and laundry rooms!) and the boss (Berrat) are fantastic, very helpful, and super nice! The room is nice and suitable for our need. Many nice restaurants around!

The breakfast was very good, broad selection and very helpful, a nice bonus. The staff was terrific. In our first room the a/c was broken and they quickly moved us to another room. Bathroom was great.
