This is not my first stay at this hotel. Have returned on numerous occasions and we will return again in the future. The hotel has a great location and is only a minute walk away from the tram, a few minutes walk from the train station and harbour. You can also walk to various points of interest like Egyptian Bazaar, Gramd Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc. There are also numerous resturants, bars, shops and stores in the area. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The breakfast provides a variety and caters to everyone. The hotel has a great Resturant with really fresh tasty food. The most attractive aspect of this hotel is the exceptional service we always receive from all the staff. They have a really great team of people that makes you feel welcome and part of the family. They always available to assist and guide and this is always done with a smile. The attentiveness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is what makes this hotel special. I recommend this hotel and resturant to all who still appreciates good simple service.

We couldn't get iron for clothes because they didnt have one and bathroom had some specific bad smell. Also,as I saw on the cart from the cleaning lady - there were just two sanitary detergents so I assumed that it is not clean how i would like it to be.

The location is great, it is near Egyptian bazaar, near little local restaurants, 10 min walk from Aja Sofija and close to Gulhane park. Staff is very kind.

Very central location within walking distance of Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Hop on hop off bus, Riverside too. Excellent staff, very clean rooms. Lotus restaurant at front of hotel served great food and drink offering 20% for house guests.

Didn’t like the fact it was a big issue getting dirt onto a towel? It’s used to clean the face and body/ it’s a towel. If you dirty a towel you need to pay money. Other than it was good. Didn’t like cleaners moving my things around. Moving my suitcase and things. If they just stuck to cleaning it’ll be better.

Amazing decor. Was so pretty and the place was clean. The bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms clean too. The staff were great so helpful and kind. Was close to all the main attractions and good vibes around.

The staff, from the front desk manager to the housemaid, is well behaved, efficient, very helpful and professional. The hôtel is confortable, well situated, close to tram, shops and tourist attractions. The hotel restaurant is excellent - the best we've been to during our stay in Istanbul. We were a group of 6 and we all enjoyed our stay. We strongly recommend.

We just wished there was an electric kettle all day in the room although they always provided us with a flask of hot water all the time that we needed.

Breakfast was adequate and always fresh. The location was great very close to most of the tourist's attractions. The staff were very helpful and went above our expectation,especially Burhan. But the restaurant staff were all very nice and give service with a smile and always ready to help. This hotel is very worthed for the money.

The Hotel is placed in the very heart of the center, with all the main attractions and topic places nearby, that can be reached also by walk. Personnel very kind and very prompt for any need or suggestion. The room is clean, comfortable and silent. Breakfast good, mainly with cooked and not sweet food

Minor issue - the sensor lights on room floors were a bit slow to turn on so you were left in the dark

The location and helpfulness of staff were great. An easy walk (or tram ride) to all the locations I wanted to visit. Staff were very welcoming. The room was small but very comfortable

- I found the pillows a bit too hard and deep for comfortable sleeping - The AC did not cool the room when set to the cooling setting (not sure if it was still switched off during April, but the temperatures were almost summer-like) - Sometimes, the window was left open after cleaning. I generally support fresh air, but then, the room always smelled like burned wood (I assume from nearby grill restaurants) - A second nightstand would be great

The only problem was the ineffective cooling system in our room. Would be worth upgrading it in time for summer, especially as the room is on the top floor.

Absolutely nothing. everything was great

The truth is that I didn't have many expectations... and the truth is that from the moment they picked us up in a van I knew that things would be fine. The guys at the reception are a 10, the rooms are huge, beautiful and clean. The breakfast is exquisite and in general everything works wonderfully.

We had an excellent stay in Azur Hotel.Perfect location ro reach the most important places and use the tram.The staff were all very professional,helpful and polite.Especially Bohran made his best to make our stay comfortable.All of them speak English and they are always ready to help you with a big smile.The breakfast was amazing and the room very clean.I would totally recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Its location is close to the business and the historical sites. Breakfast is good for a person who came to this city for the first time. Room is clean.

The fan/AC was really loud in the room and the bathroom. After coming back in the evening, room always felt stuffy even though the window was open at all times.

The room was very clean, and the TV had access to Netflix (you have to log in to your account) and youtube which was great for the evenings. The location was very central in the old city. the restaurant of the hotel is beautiful. Stuff was very helpful
