We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Just stayed in the Asur Hotel for a week.from the moment I arrived with easy check in until I left the staff could not have more helpful.nothing was too much trouble to them.great breakfast and superb location.very good restaurant with 20% off all food and drinks.

United States1. Rooms are on the smaller side, but the hotel is in historic district so there is literally no room for buildings expansion. 2. There are no irons in the rooms, so we had to pay to the hotel for services. T-shirt-50 liras, pants-50 liras, and for the long summer dress they charged us 150.
Location near Sofia, Blue Musk, Basilica, professional front desk staff. I regret for not asking their names. Two gentlemen worked at front desk and they were exceptionally professional and attentive. We really liked Samet, one of the staff members . He was very friendly, hospitable which we were looking for. We loved free breakfast, restaurant prices with 20 percent discount, overall hotel appearance was great.

BelgiumWe reserved a room for 3 people. While general layout was okay, it would be nicer to have more space to put personal belongings. Additional hooks on the wall or small shelves might help to place used towels or jackets.
The location was great! It was accessible via several means of transportation (tram, ferry, metro/train (Marmaray), bus). Breakfast was really good.

Metro access to the hotel very near and convenient. Lots of shopping area in the close proximity. fantastic location. Friendly staff in the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. Good breakfast especially the Turkish coffee provide was fabulous.

Great location with all the main attractions a short walk away, and a tram station close by too. The staff were super lovely and accommodating throughout - special shout out to Ilyas who immediately sent an ice pack and painkillers to my room when I sprained my foot halfway through my stay!

This is not my first stay at this hotel. Have returned on numerous occasions and we will return again in the future. The hotel has a great location and is only a minute walk away from the tram, a few minutes walk from the train station and harbour. You can also walk to various points of interest like Egyptian Bazaar, Gramd Bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc. There are also numerous resturants, bars, shops and stores in the area. The rooms are neat and comfortable. The breakfast provides a variety and caters to everyone. The hotel has a great Resturant with really fresh tasty food. The most attractive aspect of this hotel is the exceptional service we always receive from all the staff. They have a really great team of people that makes you feel welcome and part of the family. They always available to assist and guide and this is always done with a smile. The attentiveness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is what makes this hotel special. I recommend this hotel and resturant to all who still appreciates good simple service.

CroatiaWe couldn't get iron for clothes because they didnt have one and bathroom had some specific bad smell. Also,as I saw on the cart from the cleaning lady - there were just two sanitary detergents so I assumed that it is not clean how i would like it to be.
The location is great, it is near Egyptian bazaar, near little local restaurants, 10 min walk from Aja Sofija and close to Gulhane park. Staff is very kind.
