Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomAs we stayed with our baby the music in the evening for us personally was way too loud. Also the hotel is next to very busy bar and the music there was quite loud as well.
Every single person who works at the hotel are absolutely brilliant. Such a nice people. Food and beverage team were fantastic! We stayed with our little baby and all the stuff was amazing and very helpful during meal times, we appreciate that a lot. Great deal help with allergies as well - all the chefs always stoped what they were doing and showed us the dishes save to eat with our baby's allergie. Food was next level, so so good. Housekeeping team - legends! Reception- brilliant, shout out to Kara for helping with room service to organise a meal for a baby. The hotel is really nice, very cozy. Location is good as well.

United KingdomIt’s very close to the strip and it’s legal to play music in Turkey till 1am (realistically noisy till 1:30am). Unless you want to buy some pricey earplugs in the local pharmacy the morning after, I’d recommend travelling with a pair.
Fantastic staff, all inclusive kept it really fresh not too many repetitive main course meals. Staff were really friendly and attentive and the entertainment team did a great job with the activities. There’s a private beach with lovely beds and umbrellas for use if you grow tired of lounging by the pool.

United KingdomThe only consideration is that the hotel is located near the local night clubs that play loud music until 3am and the rooms aren’t very sound proof so we did struggle to sleep. Something to keep in mind but not really the hotels fault.
Really nice hotel with good facilities and very friendly staff. The service was one of the best I’ve received in Turkey. The hotel is in a good location, close to shops and beach. The food is really good given it’s all inclusive.

RussiaA small downside was the breakfast, which was the same every day with little to no variety. The selection was limited. Moreover, the quality of items like French fries and salads was a step down compared to lunch and dinner. The major issue that few people mention is the VERY loud music in the evenings. When we arrived in the evening and wanted to sleep, lying down at 11:00 PM, we couldn't sleep until 1:00 AM! The bass was so loud that it made staying in the room uncomfortable, causing headaches and disrupting sleep. Our room was located in the middle of the hotel territory. The rooms have poor sound insulation, and the music is VERY loud. We requested a quieter room because it was pure torture, but the next day we were told there were no available rooms. During the day, everything was fine, with music played at a pleasant volume. However, for some inexplicable reason, the volume was cranked up to above 80 decibels in the evening (peaking at 83, and this is an underestimation from the phone). It was impossible to be near the pools and the stage without earplugs, unless you're deaf. The noise level at our room door was 70 dB and 63 dB inside the room (again, phone measurements tend to be lower and can't account for the bass). We complained and requested a quiet room so we could sleep without headaches. The next day, we were provided with a room in the corner of the territory, which was thankfully quieter. My main question here is, what's the logic in playing music at a reasonable and pleasant volume during the day, and then cranking it up at night when families and especially children are trying to sleep? To be fair, I think we might have had bad sound technicians, as the music was not as loud later on, possibly due to multiple complaints. Also, there is a noisy bar right next to the hotel that periodically plays loud music into the night. Families with children and seniors should request quiet rooms right away.
I enjoyed the food for lunch and dinner, and would rate it 7.5+ out of 10. The buffet is diverse, and the ingredients are generally of good quality. The staff tries to refill the glass with cold water. Overall, the chefs are professionals and cook tasty meals; much of what I tried was of good quality. Drawbacks - the rolls (sushi) were weak, the chicken meat contained cartilage, the fish often came with a lot of bones, and the burgers were mediocre. Coffee makers often spilled water, diluted the coffee, and required frequent maintenance, making it sometimes difficult to make good coffee. I liked the landscape design and the thoughtful layout of the small hotel area, including the pools. The staff's attitude gives the impression of friendliness. The room is in good condition, 8 out of 10. Points were deducted for a confusing lighting button system, and for the fact that our room's phone somehow rang when someone was calling the room below us. Also, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided in the room.

United KingdomAbsolutely satisfied with our choice of the hotel! We traveled with our 2 year old son, and found everything we needed for ourselves and for our little one. We were provided with a baby cot in our cosy room. We stayed next to the quiet pool with balcony windows facing the beautiful garden. It was really pleasant to have a walk in a shade of palm trees, olive trees and hibiscuses during hot day. Our room was squeaky clean every day with new towels, mini bar and other stuff supplied. We really enjoyed the food in the hotel! OMG! Everything was sooo delicious, it was tough to choose between some tender lamb and seafood! Deserts were also so yummy! It was very convenient that hotel has 3 pools, one for adults, one general and one for kids. Our little one enjoyed splashing in a shallow pool and swimming together in a general. We didn’t attend too many evening programs or entertainments in general, but the ones we watched were fun. Also giant chess in a garden and a pool table is a nice addition. Thanks to whole staff team for being so welcoming and for making our holiday special!

Definately exceeded all of our expectations!!! The best option for family with teenage kids to spend time. Food, infrastructure, facilities, personnel, animation - all were perfect. We relaxed and felt very comfortable during all our stay. Highly recommended. Location is awesome. You can make an evening walk between dinner and evening show, on main street just outside the hotel. The private beach section that reserved for hotel guests is just 5 mins walk through main tourist street. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.
