The hotel was at an amazing location!! It was a few mins away from the main attractions such as the hagia sophia mosque and blue mosque as well as topkapi palace. Location wise it can’t get better than this! I also really liked the service, the night receptionist was especially lovely and very friendly. The room itself was very clean. The view from the rooftop restaurant is exceptional and breakfast time was a pleasure with that view.

Hard beds, breakfast choice limited especially the hot food the cool buffet was excellent.

The location was just the best with amazing views of the blue mosque from the terrace. Rooms were comfortable with great air con, the beds were a bit hard for me.

Everything was good, the room was a bit tight. But it was very clean so not complaining. I wish they has a bit more variety at breakfast.

It was all good

Our bedroom with a balcony had an amazing view of the Blue Mosque. A unexpected delight to see this flood-lit spectacle when we arrived late evening. It was a good breakfast with wide choice of hot and cold food. The location on the roof top terrace was a winner with 360 degree views over central Istanbul including Hagia Sofia, the Bosphorus and Golden Horn. The hotel manager was extremely helpful to us in quickly arranging a taxi to the airport when our taxi pre-booked on Booking.com failed to arrive.

The breakfast has some good points such as excellent fresh fruit, but there is not a lot to appeal to “Western” tastes.

The room and the bed were too small, the restaurant is on the roof and the elevator not reah it. You have to go up the stairs two floors to reach it (very difficult for elderly people).

The staff were so kind and helpful specially Ibrahim, and the location was wonderful.

Travelling alone for the first time felt a little daunting but I felt really at ease upon checking into the Aristocrat. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and were chatty and interested in my trip. The room was pristine, secure and safe. I travelled in June, it was very hot but the AC was working great. Shower was good pressure and the toiletries were nice. The hotel is really well located, about a 2 min walk from the main square in Sultanahmet where I was able to get to the Cistern Basilica, Blue Mosque and more with ease. The breakfast in the morning is at the very top of the hotel on the rooftop. Covered but partially open. There was a good selection of hot and cold food and the coffee was great. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for me with very little notice which was a relief as I'd forgotten to sort it.

The hotel has a great location. Just a few steps away from the main two mosques in Istanbul. The bfast area gives you an amazing view of the Blue Mosque. It was our first trip to Istanbul. When we first arrived, the room we got was ok but not necessarily with a good view. We asked if they could have a better view available, and they did. The room/view was outstanding. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was very good. But more than the facilities we liked, the people from the hotel were the best highlight. They are so kind, hard workers, and they are always taking care of you as a guest. They give you recommendations and tips so you can have a great time. Definitely, a great customer service.

The hotel service was amazing. The room was neat & clean, the buffet breakfast was really nice, & the location was really ideal with Blue Mosque being just steps away. The staff was really courteous & helpful, especially Cengizhan. Cengizhan assisted us not only with good service but guided us with regard to the transport we should use to commute & the places we should explore.

The lift was a bit slow and the room was a bit smaller than I had anticipated. And be mindful that the rooms do not have much sound insulation so you can hear pretty much everything

The location was the main reason I chose to stay here as it was literally less than 5 mins walk away from Hagia Sophia. Staff were very friendly and the room had working AC which was good!
