We hired a taxi. When the taxi came to the hotel, hotel staff didn't allow the taxi to get in the hotel. We walk with our luggage to outside of the hotel. That is not totally acceptable. I think they have a link with some taxi drivers and they charge extra. I hired a taxi over phone myself from outside which was €10 less than hotel taxi.

Food was excellent and available most of the time. We like this hotel except taxi issue.

The rooms could use some renovations, especially bathrooms. Bed linen often had holes or black spots. The restaurant was frequently crowded, with lines for food, especially during lunch and dinner.

Different varieties of delicious food. Watermelon, desserts and grilled fish were superb. The lobby bar, entertainment, swimming pools and private beach are great!

The housekeeping were rude they entered our room several times without knocking. The main restaurant and the beach bar at the hotel were very crowded. They had to add additional stations for omlate and grilled items. Pour activity at night in the theatre.

I liked the beach and the landscape of the resort.

The property and rooms needs renovation ASAP. Even if the cleaners are cleaning old is old. More places for food- you cannot have only in one place to make eggs and omelet for 2000 people. They must be at least 2 stations for this so people don’t wait for 40 min to get an omelet.

We had a lots of fun and many activities for all the family. The property is nice and full with trees and turtles. Very nice place to be. Very nice place for shisha in the property.

It is our third stay here and find that the food is worse now. It used to be different signature dishes at the restaurant every night, including crabs, shrimp and different seafood, now the same grill every day. Also, it used to be that if you stay 7 nights you get 3 dinners at a la carte restaurant - now you get only one. The staff also looks tired and unhappy and lacks foreign languages skills. The rooms weren't cleaned properly. Drinks are so so. Also we didn't get any bonuses or upgrades, even though we are loyal guests - something the hotel should think about to promote loyalty.

Fantastic location - among pine trees, on the beautiful sandy beach. The territory is huge, with beautiful gardens. Lots of pools to choose from and enough sun beds. Good massage at the spa

The hotel is far away from all the shopping areas, so if you would like to buy some souvenirs not from the stores inside the hotel area, you'll need a taxi. It's also seems there is a personal shortage or smth, and people work for many hours 6 days per week. So personal may look super tired. I just hope they pay them enough.

Very nice, quiet hotel, with huge green area around. There are animals running around freely such as turtles, it is very interesting for kids and adults. The rooms were renovated long time ago, but it's clean there, and everything works properly.

The air conditioning malfunctioned at night which disturbed our sleep. Upon complaining the staff acknowledged and arranged alternate and upgraded accommodation.

Almost everything! The food, the pools and the water park. It eclipses the need to go to the beach.

Large queues in the restaurant for food, tables not being cleared away quickly. Hotel guests pushing in the queues for popular food options. Ice cream counter only open at lunch time. Snack bar only open 12-4pm. Subbed very close together around the pool. People smoking around the pool. Speciality restaurants booked up, limited servings for coffee & hot drinks. Activities not running to time. We had no working telephone in our room for the whole of our stay.

Of course the hotel has a lot of guests and if you expect personal attention on every step, you won't receive it. The room wasn't clean but after the complaint it was resolved quickly. Strange locker system in the spa. Also, I think guests should tip staff more so there's more motivation for them. They are trying hard, this should be rewarded.

Great improvement over the previous year in terms of overall management. It has everything to relax. Crazy amount of pools and things to do. Great tennis court and price. Nice food. I was surprised to notice the snack bar open until 2AM. The hotel area is spectacular and enormous. You just go there and let stuff care about you. Any age can find what to do there. Food is good/okay

I asked for an invoice and was told that it would be sent to me. But i never received it. I sent multiple emails and messages through booking.com, but never even received a reply, let alone an invoice. I've got the feeling that their service only extends to the gates of the hotel and when you cross them, they don't give a f@#€..

Big resort, directly at the beach. Lots of fascilities. Kids friendly. Lots and lots and lots of food. Clean and confortable room.

Staff should be learned that of there is card on the door that says Do not Disturb so it must be not disturb. Some Personel every morning enter the room 8 -9 o'clock almost without warning knock even if the card was on the door and I asked not to enter the reception.

Everything was well organized. Noce Beach with direct access, nice food, very good coffee in the coffee shop. Excellent sport facility. Possibility to accommodate pets.
