From the moment we arrived we were greeted and felt very welcome. A family business where everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. I enjoyed sitting and chatting with the owner and his family.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was great, and the owner was incredibly helpful. The location was perfect—quiet yet only a 5-minute walk from the museum. The rooms, although small, were sufficient and very clean. The very good traditional breakfast on the rooftop terrace.

A division between the showers and the toilet could be useful so not all the bathroom floor gets wet.

The host is lovely. It's a plus that he's fluent in English, so you can ask all types of questions and get good advices. He's really super helpful and kind.

The bathroom needs a bit of an improvement. If you are heavily dependent on wifi, you need to use it as the terrace because in the room it doesn't work that well. For us it's okay because we have our mobile data.

The owner and his sons are really nice. They'll share all the info they have for your visit. Location is good, quiet.

The host/family’s welcoming vibe. Host was very helpful and very patient with our inquiries and concerns. He suggests and recommends an IT that would fit our very short stay in Selcuk. Breakfast was filling. The roof deck has a great view. Great place to stay after a day of exploring. The property is walkable from the train station.

The rooms were comfortable and exactly as described. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, yet walkable to most things in town. Breakfast was very good, and they accommodated for allergies. The top floor was a great place to hang out to chat, write postcards, and do a bit of work with a lovely view of the Temple of Artemis ruins. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: I had not understood how pleasant city Selcuk is and I only stayed for 1 night.

Pros: - family run establishment and that was also the feel of the place. Lovely people. - room was very clean and comfy, but in my mind suitable only for one person with luggage. - big and tasty breakfast was served at roof terrace. - located in a quiet residential area. Street side parking was not a problem, but when busier it may become a challenge on narrow streets. Location was perfect for my sightseeing purposes (all amenities are a short walk away). - really good value for money

Staying at ANZ Guesthouse was a delightful surprise. We were well received, treated well, and hosted well. In other words, we felt at home. Atakam was very kind and gave us extra coffee with our breakfast (which was excellent!), and his father, Harry, was always there to help whenever we needed it. I recommend this place 100%.

Lovely welcoming family, comfy bed, quiet location, great breakfast, wonderful view, chatty roof-top terrace, very close to bus station and easy stroll to St John's Basilica, Museum etc. Yes, rooms are not huge but it was just me and I felt very secure and comfortable.

Booked a taxi for us we asked the price before booking as we were warned. Taxi arrived and the price was higher than agreed. Had a much cheaper taxi which we organised on return.

This is a lovely family run hotel with an Australian-Turkish dad, Harry. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming and there is a lovely rooftop terrace where they serve the substantial traditional breakfast. You can make out the one remaining pillar of the Temple of Artemis from the roof. Harry was able to find us a bus to Bodrum as the buses don't tend to have websites to plan this ahead, which was really helpful for us. He also advised us to go to the upper gate at Ephesus and walk down to avoid having to go up and down again.
