A bit old furnitures and the stove was not working properly so cooking was impossible and the apartmen had few humidity spots and the smell was there too

There was no lift and we was on the highest floor. Was super hard carrying the suitcases up. Plus I had a baby with me so carrying the pram up and down every day a couple times a day was an absolute workout. There was also no washing up liquid or sponge. There a washing machine but you have to buy the washing power and softener which you’ll have to throw after your leave which is gutting.

When we got to the hotel, there was no one at the reception Make us wait about ten minutes. There is only one person doing all the services in the hotel, and exhausted, so don't expect too much

The building and the facilities are quite old, it desperately needs update. Just paint the walls in a fresh color, upgrade the furniture and whitegoods, fix the bad parts in the building, upgraden the wifi, give everything a bit more a luxury appearance and look & feel. You allready have a good fundament and the space.

Receptionist was not there during our stay other than to check-in. Did not have towels or toilet roll but laundry and local shops were available.

Location was good if you enjoy a short walk to the beach and through shops/restaurants. Laundry and balcony was great. Rooms were very clean.

Perfect accomodation for families with little kids. Enough space... Shops right at the corner of the street and taxi calling service right outside the accomodation. Just on walging distance of Konyaalti beach and a huge variaty of restaurant and shops.

They charged full amount completely 2 days before , though there was a condition of booking "No prepayment needed.You pay at the hotel". My flight was delayed for 1 hour, so I was a bit late then the time I left as arriving.But when I came to the hotel ,it was closed,there was noone.It took me 1 hour to connect with the host and wait for someone to come. There was no info in the room description that the room is in the basement!!! It has very small window and there was awful smell in the room .It was not possible to stay even for 5 minutes here inside. But receptionist said there are no more rooms in the hotel and went out of the hotel. I typed immediately to the chat that it is not possible to stay in this room and asked to change the room, they said me to pay extra!And I also should wait someone to come to show me this room... But i was already night,couldn't wait more and pay more! It is not fair to ask extra price if you can' t provide the normal conditions ! And to leave a guest at night in the room not possible to stay. And to refuse to return money you've charged also unfairly!! I asked my friend to book another hotel immediately and didn't stay here, but this hotel is refused to return money and not answering at all now. Do not recommend to book this hotel .They could easly violate booking conditions.

Bed sheets were old and normally torn. Towels should have been thrown away a long time ago Kitchen utensils were junk. I bought a saucepan and some glasses Zero clearing equipment in the room Cleaning was inadequate The balcony was not cleaned in 4 weeks Wifi was good the first week then variable Washing machine did not heat water so when I came home, all whites were grey Lack of security, no dead lock for main door, no locks at all on balconies

Local staff were helpful. Problems were management problems, personally, I would never stay in any ALE hotel again.

lack of staff at the reception and inability to check-in the room at night despite prior notice, the telephones provided in the reservation and on the plate in the hotel did not answer at five in the morning were answered by the person who allowed access to the rooms, we spent practically the night by the hotel pool waiting for check-in. Hotel's swimming pool very dirty. Noone cleans the neighberhood of the pool from used diapers and other rubbish during the day. However Water in the pool clean to swimm. Many Russians

Cold behavior and not customer friendly tone

Agressive staff, dirty apartment, broken glass in stairwell, sofa bed broken, they entered our apartment with no permission or warning which scared my kids, awful stain on sheets, hair around drains, pool un looked after. A nightmare, we left after 3 hours, they did not refund but it wad worth every penny to leave in order to enjoy our holiday.

The front door dead lock didn’t work, one of the kids beds was broken so we had to take the mattress and put it in the living room..not enough towels, aircon units were old and noisy,a door handle came off in my hand, the walls are paper thin so you could hear the people next door breathe whilst in bed, there was one air con controller missing, the blinds were all broken so the light came in.. all in all not the best nights rest we had…

1. unprofesionall staff..specially one lady is sitting in the small office she couldn't Speak English so she cunnect me twice to other lady over phone ,not helpful at all. 2. Swimming pool in advertise but not in operation. 3. There is no any lift service on the building where us they allocate us in 5th floor. My wife become sick with knee Pain and we have to spend around 8000 .00 Turkish Lira to see the doctor. Its make us very unhappy. Requested to change in to lower floor, they refused very under professionally. 4. In the kitchen no hot water in our whole stay been reported but know action had been taken. 5. Even though in the booking I mentioned arrival time is 10 pm. Flight was delayed and we reached at 11:30 pm. it was really shocking we arrived and nobody was there. Small children was with me. We didn't know what to do at midnight in the new place. Luckily one man on the street help us to make a phone call to recharge one man and after 30 minute to hand over the key. 6. Kitchen is not functioning properly - water doesn't boil on the cooker, no oven. Knives don't cut Very cold in the room Sofa and beds are uncomfortable, no duvet cover. Wi-fi is not working properly Ground floor apartments are awful - everyone thinks you are administrator and keeps knocking on your door. Can't open curtains cos the view is straight to the gate
